HAYLEY'S POV

We had just arrived on the ship and I don't think I could be any more excited. So many great bands are here with us and we have so much stuff planned for these next four days.

Jeremy and Taylor had ditched me so they could "explore" the ship, as they said, leaving me to find my cabin by myself. Psh, whatever, I don't need them.

Room 511, room 511... I kept repeating to myself as I dragged my luggage down the halls. I looked at the fancy golden numbers on the cabin doors, walking slowly to make sure that I wouldn't pass it.

Room 507...
Room 508...
Room 509...
Room 510...

Ah, room 511!

I was actually really proud of myself because I'm usually the one who ends up lost in big places like hotels or even in some venues, but I ended up finding my room without Taylor or Jeremy.

I unlocked the door with my room key and opened it. As soon as I entered, the smell of lavender surrounded me. I dropped my bags on the floor and plopped down on the bed taking in the smell freshly washed sheets. I laid there for a few minutes with my eyes closed, thinking about how great this weekend is going to be. My dude and his band are going to be here, Mewithoutyou, Tegan and Sara...

This is going to be amazing.

TAYLOR'S POV

We had a few hours to spare before we had to perform, so Jeremy and I decided to walk around and check out a few places on the ship. We met a few fans and took pictures with them. One girl asked me to take my shirt off, which I thought was kind of weird, so I kindly rejected her request.

We met up with Tegan and Sara, chatting about random things like tour plans and what we all had planned for the summer. It felt good catching up with our old friends, it's been awhile.

When we were done talking to them, we decided to go find Hayley so we could get ready to perform.

"I bet she's eating or sleeping right now. Those are her two favorite things to do." Jeremy laughed. "Either that or she found Chad and got a little bit... distracted."

I rolled my eyes at his comment. "Oh gosh, let's not get started on that. I swear, every time I see them together they're either making out or whispering inappropriate things to each other."

He stopped and smirked. "Someone sounds jealous."

"Me, jealous?" I stopped beside him and started laughing.

"Yes, you, Mr. I don't like being around people who are in relationships," he said in high-pitched girly voice.

"Are you trying to imitate Hayley or...?"

"Hayley? What the..." He gave me a confused look. "Stop trying to change the subject!"

"I'm not trying to change the subject."

"Yes, you are!"

"Am not."

"Am are!"

"Am are?"

"Shut up, York. You know what I meant."

I laughed at his frustration.

"Fine, go on and laugh, but I know that you're a teeny bit jealous of Hayley and Chad's relationship."

"Whatever you say. Now come on, we have to go find Hayley. We have an hour 'til the show starts!" I started walking and gestured for him to come with me.

"Fine," he mumbled.

But he wasn't wrong. Although I tried to deny it, he was right. I was jealous of their relationship. I wanted to have everything Hayley and Chad had, but I knew I couldn't have it because I wanted all that with Hayley.

Too bad Chad already has her.
