The girl grabbed my wrist and dragged me along to the busy streets of San Francisco looking around for a decent restaurant to eat at. I looked behind me, me, starring at the bridge as we left it. The girl stopped for a moment and turned towards me.
"I forgot to ask... What's your name?" This question startled me, knowing that no one cared enough about me to know my name except the teachers for role. "Aaron..." I mumbled as she continued to walk down the street. "Aaron... huh. That's a nice name!" She let go of me and stuck out her hand to shake, "I'm Jane and I am going to help you get through this!" If you can. I thought to myself as she finally stopped in front of some white, house-looking coffee shop called, 'Warming Hut Cafe'.
"I used to come here all the time..." Said Jane, dreamily, as if a girly girl thinking about a crush.
We went inside and Jane walked up to the lady at the cash register. "Hello, welcome to the Warming Hut Cafe, what can I get for you today?" Jane sat there for a few seconds and stated, "We would like two sandwiches with 2 fountain drinks!"
After about 5 minutes of sitting at the table with an awkward silence, our buzzer thing finally went off, and we got our food. After another 5 minutes, Jane brushed her blonde hair out of her face, and after swallowing her sandwich, she gave a glace at my food and asked, "So... what do you think?" I gave a thumbs up, as I cannot talk because of how much food is stuffed in my face. "I hope you like it! Because we are gonna come over here ALL the time!" My eyes widened, and my face turned red. Who said that I wasn't gonna do it?! Instead of just fighting with her, I just decided to keep my mouth shut.
After a few hours of talking about why I wanted to die (great conversation starter, huh?), we started to talk about our favorite movies, video games, and much more, and it somehow ended up with a unexpected kiss on the cheek, our numbers given to each other, and a wave goodbye.
I'm still not sure either if she saved me just to date me or what... but it worked... and now I can't stop thinking about her... Or that night.
Hey guys! I'm sorry that it kinda sucks, I'm in a bit of a rush and only had about 15 minutes to type this. If you liked it, please vote! I would like to know!
