Chapter 5

Readers POV
As I slow my pace to a halt, turning my body and head so I was facing Takuya properly. I needed to think of the right way to ask but I just couldn't think of what to say. Do I ask about the eyes?.. I don't know, maybe I didn't see them change, maybe it was just my imagination..
Takuya tilts his head as a small sigh escapes his lips, I'm guessing he was growing impatient of waiting.
"Um. Nothing.." I'm sure it was nothing, I think I was just seeing things to amuse my mind after such a morning lesson.
Takuya nods as starts to walk towards some double doors, opening them and heading outside into the schools garden. It was very pretty, I had never seen a school take so much pride in their garden. It's sight causes me to gasp a little as I stand there amazed in the middle of it all.
"What do you think?" He asks, giving me a questioning look. All I could do was inhale deeply and smell the gorgeous flowers scents.
"It's beautiful. I've never seen something like it." I admit as I close my eyes, leaning my head back to take in the breeze and sun, mixing with the blossom and aroma of the plants.

As I stand there with my eyes closed, I hear a rustle and a thud, causing me to shoot my eyes open and search for the source of the sound, which proved to be Takuya. He was sat in amongst the grass, looking up to me with an emotionless yet handsome face. I couldn't help but chuckle. I reach down and pat his hood over his head just for fun. However, Takuya did not enjoy it, he seemed angry, he made a noise that could not be described as a 'human' noise. He appeared to have 'growled'. I try to think about it more but I then realise that Takuya had lashed at me, pinning me to the ground. Once it takes in I begin to worry. Takuya looks down at me with an angry almost enraged expression.
"Don't do that!"

Takuya Takao POV
I decide to take her to the schools garden. I don't know why but who cares, it's a place I believe she would enjoy. Once we arrive, she instantly becomes gobsmacked but the view as she gaps, inhaling harshly taking in the aroma. It wasn't long before she was leaning her head back with her eyes closed, taking it all in.
Watching her like this, I decide to sit in the grass and wait for it all to sink in for her. Why I gave a crap about it I don't know.
Although, she seemed shocked at the figure sitting against the dirt but she soon brushed it off, chuckling to herself. However, she leaned forwarded and patted my head, my body formed goosebumps as my hairs stood in end.

~*Flash back*~

"Mum look! That thing has wolf ears and a cats tail! Can I pet it!" A girl sang cheerfully as she bounced towards my cage.
"Wow look at that sweet. Would you like to take him home my little cherry blossom?" The mother replied with a happy tune. I desperately clung onto my mothers waist as I hugged her close.
"Don't let them take me mumma." I plead. My mother looks down to me, patting my head between my wolf ears.
"It's okay. Mummas here." She said in comfort. She watched as all the circus animals walk past with their trainers. She hated that we were trapped here.

"Sir! I will pay you good money for that wolf boy!" The child's mother declares towards a man dressed in a suit standing near my cage. The man just shrugs, spitting on the floor before opening our trailer cage, walking over to me and my mother.
He snatches forward, latching a chain collar around my neck, yanking me away.
"Mumma!" I cry as I try to pull away from the man. My mother tries to run after me but she slings back as she runs out of rope connecting her to the wall.
"Takuya!" She cries as she watches me be dragged away.
The man hands me to the girl and I am taken away to their home.

I've been here about a year now and I hate it. Everyday the same thing happens. The girl wakes and pats my head roughly. Causing annoying sensations to course through my body. Once she leaves, her brother comes into her room and starts to humiliate and torture me. Smacking my head, tugging and cutting my ears and tail. Banging my fangs with tweezers and shaving bits of my fur from between my ears on my head.
I couldn't take it anymore. Once day, he patted me too hard and I snapped. Leaping forward and ripping out his throat as I gouged his eyes out with my claws.

~*Back To Now*~

[Name] pats my head and my mind instantly goes back to the family I was forced to live with. This sent anger through my body as I growl infuriated that I was being touched in such a manner again. I snap and lunge forward, pinning [Name] to the ground. Her weak eyes staring back at me in shock as they start to weep.
