Alyssa's POV
Let's go back to the beginning. When I met Jughead. We met the beginning of 1st grade, when Jughead first moved to Riverdale. He still wears the same hat. The same style. The same Jughead. Archie, being Archie, decided to invite Jughead to our table. Which I thought was nice. Ever since then, him and Archie have been best friends. Jughead would always come over and play video games with Archie. Sometimes I would watch them. I remember the look on Jughead's face when he consentrated on the screen trying to kill imaginary bad guys. He always pursed his lips and stuck his tongue out. His eyebrows would be furrowed. I remembered Jughead would always be around. We didn't talk that much because he was a little boy and wanted to, well, do little boy things. I would always watch Jughead and Archie play in the backyard.
I remember when he left too. Jughead's dad, F.P, used to work for my dad. Until F.P started stealing supplies from the cite. That's why my dad fired him. At least that's my dad's side of the story. I was confused. At the time, 10 year old me didn't understand why he had to leave. But 7 years later I understand completely. Ever since then Jughead and Archie grew apart. That means Jughead and I grew even farther apart. That's when I met Betty Cooper. We were best friends and still are. It wasn't until last year when I met the wonderful Veronica Lodge. So, that's my life. Homework, cheerleading practice with Betty and Veronica, and late night convorsations with both of them. That, ladies and gentlemen, is my Jughead free life. And to be honest, I never thought how much it sucked.
