**CITY HOSPITAL**
"Excuse me may I have an appointment with Dr.Shreyas Wadhwa...yaa OK thanku" Randhir disconnected the call after fixing an appointment with Sanyukta's gynecologist.
"You have to answer me Sanyukta u have but first lemme know what u did with my baby" he gritted his teeth tears blurring his vision...
Later at hospital **Dr Wadhwa's cabin**
"Dr am Randhir Shekhawat I want to know about a patient named Sanyukta Aggarwal she came to you..." Before he could further tell her abt Sanyukta he was cut in between
"Sanyukta... Yaa what's the problem with her?" She asked which amazed him a little
"U remember her doc?" He asked curiously to know wht was soo much in sanyu's case that she still know her.
"Yes, she was a friend as well but, and what do you wanna know? She asked.
" Dr. I wanna know abt her abortion about her pregnancy " he asked straight
"May I ask who are you to her why you wanna know?" She asked paining him
"Umm Dr umm..vo...am" he stammered and then said in a go "am the father of that child...no I was" he sighed in pain and guilt.
"Ohh so your the person who are responsible for her condition" she asked being a bit angry
"Dr I jus wanna know about the abortion about when and why she killed my child?" He asked anger visible in his voice
"Sorry she didn't kill her child...an sorry but you are responsible for this" she said those words shocking him "me?" He asked his voice almost inaudible.
"Yes,you am sorry Mr Shekhawat am interfering in your and Sanyukta's life but she wasn't just a patient but also a friend I have seen her then.... It was you who left her when she needed you the most" she tried to make him understand
"Dr I was unknown to the fact that she was pregnant yes there were some issues and I wasn't there but that doesn't mean that she being a mother can kill my baby not even informing me" he tried to control his anger but could not stop the tears.
"Sorry? Mr Shekhawat she didn't kill your child it was an miscarriage" she declared giving him another shock. He removed the abortion papers and asked showing it to her "then what about this?" He showed her those papers.
"Yes, I myself did that abortion but u know what she Neva opted for it, it had to be done." Her words shocking beyond anything.
"MATLAB?" He asked his lips shivering in fear to know what had really happened.
"Okay. I'll tell u everything though she herself told me not to tell you anything but you being the father have a right to know. Sanyukta is also good friend to me and hence she only told me about her pregnancy and your break up but as you must be knowing she is a strong and determined girl she was ready to bring you back to tell you everything to get the father of the baby back. She even left her own house as telling her family about her pregnancy was not a good option. She needed you the most in this world. I have seen her crying caressing your pic. I asked her to come and live with me in my house but she denied as she didn't want go disturb my family. So I asked her to leave in another house of mine which not far from my house where I live. She agreed. She was all happy with her baby used to talk with her baby. I asked her whether she has informed you. She said yes. Yaa she had tried calling you but you Neva answered her calls went to places where you could be but you weren't there. You disappeared suddenly from her life and slowly she was getting weak as she was all alone though I was there with her but I could not take your place she needed you she decided that she will mail you telling her about the pregnancy and she did but it was never answered." She said and Randhir thought as he never read any mail by her. Then he remembered that he never used that old email ID again and closed his eyes cursing himself. How could he do this to her? He cursed himself for umpteenth time.
"Phir " he asked scared but yet wanting to know further.
"That day she was not like everyday she was all weak and was not talking with me much also not with the baby. The thing she used to do regularly I met her and left for my work and at night called her to ask if she was good? But all my calls were unanswered. I was worried and rushed to her place and found her on laying on the floor holding a bottle of poison in her hand." She said closing her eyes and suddenly he felt as if his heart stopped beating. His breath hitched. The girl who Neva gave up on anything and anyone got soo weak that she gave up on her own life. He died a thousand times imagining her like that. He was all numb and lifeless....
