"That's what I thought but that's wrong. Haha!" Rainbow laughs as we talk about how to find the area of a circle.
I used to think it was pi times the diameter squared, but it's not. It's pi times the radius squared. Duh. Sometimes I get things wrong in maths, but then I realise. It makes more sense after I find out how to actually do it.
"We are so alike!" I say to her and smile.
She smiles back as she picks Earth up again. I think she is fascinated by that. Maybe I will rap it up and give it to her for her birthday. That would be funny! I would get something else, obviously.
"Well it's been fun talking to you, but I've got to go home now." She says with a disappointed look.
No! I don't want her to go yet. We are having so much fun! We like nearly all the same things, and we feel the same about most things. I really like her and hope we can go on that date. Should I just ask her?
"Oh ok. Well see you soon. Bye!' I reply like a coward.
I'm too scared to ask her out, just in case she forgot and doesn't want to. There was no hurt in asking. Oh I wish I ask her now. It's too late though. I always do stuff wrong. She starts to walk away, very slowly.
"Well I'm going now. Walking. Walking. Walking." She says pretending to walk away but she's not. "I'm going. Almost gone, unless someone has something to say."
Haha, she wants me to ask her out, doesn't she? This will be awesome if she does! This means she likes me for who I am. Does this mean we can finally be together?
"Rainbow, before you got I've got something to ask you." I say sweetly with a grin.
She pretends to turn back in surprise. Haha, she's just so amazing! She walks back to me, which is only a few metres. She looks so beautiful. I love her lovely smile, it just makes you so happy.
"Oh really. And what would that be?" She asks knowing exactly what I'm going to ask her.
I can't believe this is happening! Its the best thing that happened to me. But then I am lying to her about who I am. Does it matter that much? It's not like I'm lying about my personality.
"Would you, Rainbow Moore, do me the pleasure of going on a date with me?" I say to her like a gentleman.
How can she resist this classy man? Man, more like boy. Or as Luke would say dude! She starts to hum and picks the Earth up, again. I know that's it a good sign so I'm hoping for a yes!
"Um, since you say it like that and you are nice, yes I would love to!" She almost squeaks at me.
Well someone excited, which is an amazing thing! Oh golly gosh, me and Rainbow are going on a date. A date! This has all happened to fast for me to process it. This day just keeps getting better by the second.
"Awesome. So what time and when?" I ask way to happy.
I try to talk a tad bit different so she won't recognise me. I don't think she will though since I never really spoke to her. The odd conversation but not that much. She puts the Earth down with a massive smile across her face.
"How about today at 6?" She asks while continuing to smile.
I don't think I'm doing anything, and I'm sure I can sneak out the house without Isaac knowing. 6 is a good time too, I'm guessing dinner at a restaurant then go to the cinema or something. I will plan the whole thing perfect so all she need to do is turn up.
"Perfect! So I will pick you up then I will have something planned." I reply as she nods her head.
She's still smiling and playing with the Earth. I'm so excited! But I need to plan something amazing but not too over the top. I want this date to be perfect! I want to go on more!
