Rose woke up to Jade shaking her and telling her to wake up. She thought she would've left sometime in the night, but thought wrong.
"Rose can I borrow a shirt?" Jade asked while she was brushing her teeth.
"Yea sure."
Jade grabbed one of her Gotham shirts and continued to get ready while Rose picked out a Legend of Zelda shirt, black ripped jeans, and black vans.
"Hoe you got no food." Jade said as she looked through the cabinets.
"I'm aware." She said and popped a s'mores pop tart in the toaster.
"Asshole." Jade growled at her.
"I'm also aware of that honey." She laughed back.
Since Rose's friend usually picks her up, she rode with Jade and her mom on the way to school.
*8:02 am*
Rose and Jade were talking to each other while the teacher took role and get everything together.
"But like yea it comes out in April and I'm going to cry." Jade said wiping under her eyes like she was crying.
"I aren't we all." She said laughing back.
There was a knock at the door, which no one paid attention to, so the teacher got up and answered.
"Oh you must be Bradley come on in!" She said stepping aside as he walked in.
"If I could get your attention please!"
Everyone's head turned to her and the boy.
"We have a new student here, I would like you guys to be nice to him thank you. You can sit over there behind Myles." He was going to be sitting behind her friend Myles.
"Okay class we are going to be finishing The Raven so pay attention and be quiet."
As soon as the movie started, Myles started playing with her hair because he said it was "magical at the touch".
*12:16 pm*
"Then you cut it up until it's mush," Rose, Jade, and Ava sat together and Rose was making a secret recipe,"then you dump in into the honey mustard." She smiled and dumped the mushed banana into the honey mustard.
"Dude you are disgusting." Ava said and scooted away from her.
She laughed and looked at the new kid sitting alone at a lunch table on his phone.
"Hey guys be right back I'm going to talk to the new kid." She said getting up and walking towards him.
"Hey." She said and sat next to him.
"Hello." He smiled.
"You're new right? You are in my homeroom class."
"Yeah, my name's Bradley, but you can call me Brad for short."
"I'm Rose, but you can call me Posy." She smiled.
"Posy?"
"My friends call me that. It's my nickname."
"Oh unique."
"Have you met anyone here yet?"
"No you are the first person to talk to me."
"Well that makes me special doesn't it?"
"Well I guess." He laughed.
"Tell me about yourself."
"Okay well my full name is Bradley Ward, I was born in New York my birthday is April 17, 2003, I've lived in South Carolina, Texas, Kansas, Ohio, and hopefully staying here, um I am a big fan of Stephen King, I like rock music and I have an older bother in 10th grade. I guess that is it."
"I love Stephen King oh my goodness and I love rock music." She said excited.
"Well I guess we are going to be good friends?"
"You got that right." She laughed.
