A few months later
*4:54 pm*
Rose was sitting in her room in the dark watching 10 Things I Hate About You and eating mac and cheese waiting on Finn to come to her house.
Filming for Stranger Things had ended and the cast went back to their families and this was going to be the first time Rose has seen him in months.
*ding dong*
She then ran downstairs and opened the door seeing Finn and giving him a big hug.
"Oh my god Finn you've grown." She said pulling away from him and letting him into the house.
"I don't think so." He laughed.
"Do you want anything to eat or drink?"
"Nah I ate before I came here."
"Oh okay. Want to come to my room?"
"Yea." He said and they went upstairs to her room.
"So any news?" He said sitting on her bed.
"Well I'm going to New York City at the end of June."
"Oh that's fun."
"Are you doing anything?"
"Yes."
"What is it?"
"I'm going to be filming a movie this summer."
"Oh really."
"Yea. I think we start in June."
"Oh."
"I know I just came back and I'll be leaving again soon, but you want to know something cool that is going to be happening in July?" He said trying to lighten the mood.
"What?"
"Stranger Things."
"Oh my gosh really?"
"Yea. I know you will love it."
"I can't wait. So what do you want to do?"
"I don't know. Let's just talk about things."
"Okay." She said as she watched Finn lay back on her bed and she lied down next to him.
"So will I even be able to see you in the summer?"
"Yea. I'll try to arrange something."
"I understand that my schedule is busy and stuff, but I will still have time for my best friend."
"Awww stop it." She said slapping him and he just laughed at her.
*7:23 pm*
"Posy?" Finn said turning to her.
"Yea?"
"I'm hungry."
"Oh my Finn. I know of this place down the road we could go to."
"Okay."
"Let me ask my mom hold on."
Rose ran down the stairs knocking on her moms door and opening it as she heard a voice say come in.
"Hey mom is it okay if me and Finn go walk to the restaurant down the street?"
"Sure hold on." She said pulling out her purse and handing her $40.
"Thanks mom we will be back in a bit."
"Okay be careful."
"How far away is it?" Finn asked following her.
"Not that far."
"Alright."
