Iris

A loud thud awoke me from my sleep.

What?! I yelled angrily.

"Ass muncher! Where's Raven? Snow wanted to come see her." I knew that annoying voice. Grumbling to myself I dragged myself to the door and opened it.

Did you check her roo-, never mind. Ill go.

"You might wanna throw a shirt on dumbass. " Storm told me as he crossed his arms. Looking down I wasn't wearing my shirt or jacket, but my crystal dangled in front of my chest and thankfully I was wearing pants. Swiftly I rushed over to my cloths pile and threw on my cloths. I brushed past a smirking Storm and went down the hall to Raven's bedroom. I knocked and waited a few seconds.

Raven? I asked tiredly, no reply. Raven? I asked a second time before trying to open the door, it was locked. Panicked, I threw my full weight into the door and it fell to the floor with a loud crash. She wasn't in the room and the window was open.

If she's not here then why was the door locket? Oh no, Raven where are you! Terror and anger filled my being, as I moved quickly to my room. Grabbing my pickaxe, I ran outside. Looking behind me I found Storm chasing after me with his large axe in hand.

Stop following me! I growled at Storm.

"No can do Shit-Head, Raven is my friend; She treated us as family when we first came here. I'm not about to let something hurt her."

I nodded, I could respect that. We dashed all over the woods trying to find at least a clue of where she went. After hours of looking, we came up with nothing. My crystal wasn't glowing, so I knew she wasn't hurt or scared, which threw me for a loop. She almost seemed happy. Trying to use our connection I felt her about a mile or two away.

Damn Raven, can you ever make this easy for me? I thought to myself as I signed Storm to follow me.

Closing in on the house - I sensed Raven in, - I moved to the window I felt her presence the strongest. I noticed two shadow outlines of people and decided to shift to the bathroom window beside it. I hoisted myself in the window as Storm flipped me off. I guess he wanted me to help him up or something. The house was still. Quickly and quietly, I threw open the door to the room Raven was in.

Oh fuck! I yelled as I hid behind the door.

"Felix!" I heard Raven scream and the creaking from the bed she was sitting on as she shot up.

Why didn't I think of checking to see if she contacted her. I mentally groaned.

Put some pants on Iris! I felt my face flush red in embarrassment. Just then Storm burst threw the bathroom and stopped at the door way to Iris's room. A pillow flew and hit him in the face as I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and dragged him away from the sight. Iris was Raven's human friend that was also an orphan at one point and time. Raven refused to kill Iris. Iris had gotten bullied a lot at WinterSide Orphanage.

"Okay, you can look now." Her angelic voice called into the hall, where Storm and I waited. As we entered the room Raven and Iris were sitting on her bed. Iris was brushing thought her long hair. The color was a hazelnut that faded into a light blond. Her large rim glasses started slidding off her nose and Raven pushed them back up. When she smiled, her many freckles danced up, and her hazel eyes glittered. She was wearing a large, white, male shirt with a pair of green and blue stripped short shorts.

"Damn." I heard Storm whisper to himself, so I hit him in his gut quickly.
Don't even think about it. I told only him. He chuckled.

"Do you wanna go Prick?"Storm lifted his fists at me. Raven and Iris giggled at him.

"Seriously Storm?" Raven laughed as she got up and hugged him. "Missed you buddy." She continued.

Storm glanced at me before turning to Raven. "Well Snow wanted to see you." He said quickly. He was trying to act cool in front of them.

Your so retarded. What happened about being worried? Hmm? I let everyone hear me. We all laughed, but Storm stood embarrassed and red.

"I swear ill kill you." He whispered to me.
