Well,apparently Non American Armies can't vote through the main site. Although, there's an option 2 ....
You Can Vote Through Twitter
And here's how you can do it :
You should be registered with and logged into Twitter in order to cast your vote directly via a Tweet (go to Twitter.com to register if you haven't already). Your Twitter account must be public. You may cast a vote by composing a message containing the following requirement elements and posting in from your Twitter account.
1. The applicable finalist's name or Twitter's handle ( @BTS_twt )
2. Any form of the word "vote" (vote,voting,voted e.t.c)
3. The hashtag #BTSBBMAs
Only Tweets voted posted during the Voting Period that will comply with the instructions will be counted as valid votes.
Pics or GIFs shouldn't be added cause then the tweet will not be counted as a vote.
Some sources are saying that it will count but we should be careful so don't add.
[I saw a lot people commenting that they didn't understand how to vote via Twitter. So,here a simpler explain: You can tweet something like this 'I vote for @BTS_twt for the #BTSBBMAs Top Social Artist Award ')
Also,only there's a limit of 100 tweets per day

Yep kaunti na lang ang araw ng voting but still, wag niyo po kalimutan mag vote. This is their time to shine at ipakita natin kung ano ba talaga ang tunay na ARMY.
