The next day comes quickly and you wake up on a small blanket on the dusty floor. You notice that Mikasa isn't in the room. You lay back down again. (TimeSkip 30 minutes later..)
The door slams open as Mikasa rushes in with food/breakfast for you and Armin. Armin opens his eyes slowly and looks like he barely slept all night. Mikasa hands you a bread roll and a bowl of soup and gives Armin the same.

Wow in a weird way Mikasa could be just taking after my mum and doing what she would've did. I still cannot get the thought out of my head of how Armin and Mikasa are also signing up for the Cadets! What if i can't save them? Mikasa is stronger than me, Armin is smarter than me. I cannot afford to lose either one of them or even both!

You walk outside and see that Keith  Shadis the cadet corp recruiting and training officer is asking for young/adult civilians to join up for the cadet corps. You run over to him and Mikasa and Armin join you. You ask him about getting them a place on the cadet corps and he gladly accepts you and your friends.

This is my chance to shine and show the rest how angry and full of rage i am. I want to get them all and now is the time for that moment to come! Mikasa and Armin actually seem that they would be a big help to me on my mission to retake humanity.

You smile and promise how well you will do in the training. He pats you on the back and tells you to meet up next week. You jump with excitment and hug Mikasa, she hugs you back and kisses you on your cheeks. You step back slowly and look at her weirdly because she just kissed you like that. It doesnt faze you that much as you have more important things on your mind right now.

TimeSkip (1 week)
You have been working out uncontrollably throughout the week that you had to train for the cadets. You get up like you have been iniected with adrenaline! You put on your clothes and run to the training grounds. Mikasa and Armin show up a bit late as you didnt wake them up for this. They get shouted at by Keith for coming late. Mikasa glares at you with her cute blushy cheeks like she didnt care that you nearly got her into serious trouble. Armin on the other hand was crying like he had never cried before, you feel a bit guilty as you really didnt mean to get them into trouble. You look back at keith and concentrate on what you have to do.

This is it!? This my time to show the world who i am, who i can be and who i will be! I am going to try my best for My Mother, Armin and Mikasa. They are all that i have left at this point. But im not going to let the weak and pathetic side of me mess with my head. I think Mikasa is obssessed with me and im starting to like her a lot too. I dont know what i would do without her and Armin. It's like we are all meant to be together in this screwed up world to fight for us, for my family and my friends....

You put the ODM gear on and it is almost impossible to do. Mikasa already has hers on and ready to partake in action. She will do better than me and that girl Annie seems to be doing amazing too.
*sees Jean trying to flirt/show~off to Mikasa*
You run over and ask what is going on. Mikasa says he is a weirdo and an asshole. He goes red and throws you to the dusted ground. Mikasa helps you up and you punch Jean right across his face. He falls to the ground unconcious and doesnt wake up to do the first training session. I then look over to see that girl christa hugging Ymir's waist. They are so cute together! Keith teaches you to balance with the ODM gear so you can learn to manuvere it properly. Mikasa attempts and grinds it first try like it was a piece of cake. You then try it and fall upside down hitting your head off the ground. Keith tells you if you cant do this, you will get thrown out. You get up and ace it.

TimeSkip (3 hours)
You are sitting in the food hall at a table with Mikasa and Armin and newly made friend called Sasha Braus. She is a hunter and loves food. Jean now walks over to you...
