Just got home from school, and I can't stop playing over and over in my head the thing that happened today... I guess it just had to happend one day or another, I want to do too many things and I don't have the time. I keep seeing my worried music teacher telling me that I can't abandon them, that they can't replace me. Then I imagine my dad's face when I'll tell him I won't take the lifeguard lessons I told him I'd get to have a job as a lifeguard this summer... he'll be pissed. Why the hell did my show had to be the exact same day, same time, than my lifeguard class. Why. I had made my choice though; I can't let my band down, they have no backup drummer, and we've been practicing for this show since october. But here I am, Friday, March 17th, in my kitchen, preparing myself for the fight I was gonna have with my parents about it. They're gonna be so pissed... at least I could try to find another job. I took my mom's laptop to search for another summer job... summer camp animator. That would be nice. What do they want me to have... first aid lesson, already got that... DAFA?! What in the world is that? I looked through the web and found out; it was a course that made us more able to react as a summer camp animator. When is that formation... oh shit. The formation is in one hour, not so far from here. I had an hour to convince my mom to get me there, pay another hundred dollars for a formation, explain the situation, take a shower and put on some pretty decent clothes on. I somehow succeeded, because 30 mintes later, I was in the car with my complaining mom, on my way to the DAFA. By then, I didn't know it was going to be the best decision I had ever made.

I got there late, and I saw some of my classmates already sitting in the conference room, but there were no free places beside them. I then took a look around and then saw her. The most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life. Next to... and empty chair. That's called destiny. I got next to her, asking; Hey, is this spot taken? And I took it for a yes, because she just stared at me, never answered. Then the formator started talking, and this evening, I barely talked to the gorgeous girl next to me, but we exchanged a few words and I couldn't wait to see her again, the next morning. Got her name too; Nève. Unique, cute, and four letters. I loved short names. Still do. I just couldn't take her smile off my mind that night, and I was eager to just wake up already and see her. I wanted to know her. Her voice was so soft, and you know when someone talk and you know deep down that that person is a intelligent and cultured person? Well that was the feeling I got. I barely spoke to her, and I already had a huge crush on that girl.
