Not caring about other peoples thoughts

Yachi went back to the gym to ask Ukai if she could go home early because she wasn't feeling well and he let her go.

Kiyoko had to go home early to so she could get some rest.

As Kiyoko walked out of the school she saw Yachi ahead of her walking. She was about to walk up to her and apologize. She stopped in her tracks though because she saw Yachi throw something to the ground and run away. Kiyoko ran to what she through on the ground. She saw and it was her necklace that was now broken in half. She picked it up and stuffed it in her pocket.

Yachi ran into her room and threw herself on her bed and she started crying.
Meanwhile, Kiyoko was trying to figure out how to fix the necklace when she realized that the only way it could be fixed was by her making up with Yachi.

The next day
Kiyoko saw Yachi and ran up to her.
"Yachi, I'm so sorry for what happened I was raised in a very homophobic household and the fact that my soulmate is a girl kinda shocked me and I didn't know what to do. Also, I picked up your necklace yesterday. So I was wondering if we could start over again."

Yachi stuck out her hand and said
"Hi I'm Yachi nice to meet you"
Kiyoko smiled and did the same thing.
She then pulled out the necklace out of her pocket and she realized it was fixed. She gave it to Yachi and she put it on.
Then they walked hand in hand to the gym without caring about anyone.

Kiyoko's house
"Father I am here to tell you that I have found my soulmate."
"That's wonderful darling, who's the lucky man?" asked his father.
Kiyoko felt her face get hot.
"U-um father it's not a man who's my soulmate. Instead of a very beautiful woman with blonde hair, a ponytail to the left side with a star hair clip and brown eyes. She's funny and very shy and the nicest person I've ever met."
Kiyoko's dad slammed his fist abruptly on the table.
"There's no way you can actually be thinking like this Kiyoko. She's a woman and you're a woman too. Two people of the same sex can never be together it's supposed to be a man and a woman. Kiyoko I order you to end this relationship this instant."
"No, you know what I'm not gonna do what you want this time. I always do what you want and my life's been hell. I'm finally standing up for myself."
Kiyoko's dad got up and turned around.
"Kiyoko I want you out of this house before tomorrow."
"But father I don't have anywhere to go."
"That's what you should've thought about before you became a faggot lover."
Kiyoko's blood boiled.
"You know what fuck you. If you don't wanna support me then fine but this is gonna be on your consciousness."
Kiyoko walked out and packed her stuff.
"I hope we never meet again."
Kiyoko slammer the door and walked to Yachi's house.

Yachi's house
Yachi heard knocking and went to go check who it was.
She opened the door and saw Kiyoko.
"Kiyoko what are you doing here? It's late at night and it's really cold outside."
"My dad kicked me out when I told him about us. Sorry, you're the only person who's address I know. I know it's really late but could I stay with you until I find an apartment to stay in?"
"Yea it's fine to stay as long as you want with me and my mom."
"Thank you so much."
Kiyoko kisses Yachi and then hugged her.

Years later Kiyoko and Yachi got married and adopted kids and Kiyoko never saw her father again.
