Chapter 13: When I was Your Man

"I remember you already! Sorry I wasn't able to recall it fast. You've changed a lot. Are you sure you're Reno from FF7?" I asked him.

"Of course I am! You know, a lot of things happened in the past five years so I became like this." He said.

"Reno, do you like someone?" I suddenly asked. If he does have one, then I can encourage him to cancel our engagement!

"Actually, I do." He replied.

"Great! Now we can cancel the engagement, tomorrow let's go back to our kingdoms and talk to them." I said happily.

Well, it's not like I don't want to marry my childhood friend. I'm just not ready yet. Besides, a part of me strongly disagrees with the idea of marrying someone else. Someone else?

"Elsa, I can't. I won't." Reno disagreed.

"But why? I thought you liked someone else? Fight for her!" I encouraged him.

"Who said it's someone else? Elsa, remember when we lied on the snow? I wanted to tell you something that time. And up until now, that thing I wanted to say did not change. Princess Elsa of Arendelle.. I love you." He suddenly confessed. I felt my face hot, am I blushing? It was the first time someone confessed to me!

"Reno, y-you can't be serious! We're so young at that time!" I told him.

"Yes Elsa, I'm serious. I love you. And I promise to protect you." He said again, and now everyone's looking. Oh no, the garden must have been a better idea.

Everyone's whispering and smiling. Some even said "Accept him!" or something. What am I gonna do?

"Elsa!" It was Punzie and the company! Thank goodness.

"You're really getting married to him?" Hiccup asked.

How am I suppose to answer him? If I say yes, Reno might expect something! If I say no, I would make him embarassed around these people. Oh Hiccup why did you ask that?

"Excuse me, Elsa's taken already." Mr. Frost suddenly popped in from the crowd that surrounded us.

"And from whom?" Reno asked.

"Me, Jack Frost. She's my girlfriend, so you can't marry her." He said and went to me, grabbed my hand, and went through the crowd. I was so shocked with everything that I even let Mr. Frost take me anywhere.

We were at the Rooftop. Mr. Frost carried me in bridal style and we flew up here. I finally came back to my senses when he carried me.

"Sir, you don't have to do that." I told him.

"I was there from the start. Right after the meeting, I saw you both heading to the lobby. You probably didn't notice me, I was listening with your conversation. I'm sorry Elsa. I just did those things because I can't stand seeing you beside another man." He confessed.

"W-what?" I blushed, but I still don't get him.

"Elsa.." He said and laughed.

"I'll bring you to your room. Don't worry, I'll clean up this mess. Forget what I said. I was just joking." He laughed again.

I hit his chest softly. "But thank you. You saved me." I said to him.

Jack's POV:

She hit my chest softly. "But thank you. You saved me." She told me. I was glad that I took her away before she could answer that jerk. I can't help myself to watch them like that.

What if she said yes? I sighed as I went to my room after bringing her to her room, to avoid the students who saw the scene earlier.

"I'm so stupid!" I punched the wall.

"Why did I told her that it was a joke!" I was pissed with myself.

But then, if I told her everything about us before, she might not be able to absorb it after being confessed to by Reno. That guy, ruining all my plans! I was about to tell Elsa but then he suddenly joined our class!

I sighed again and calmed myself. After a few minutes, I decided to announce to everyone that what I said earlier was a social experiment via announcement speakers.

Elsa's POV:

What Mr. Frost said still bothered me. I felt like he was really serious that time. His eyes were like speaking to me, telling me that he meant those words. But then how come? I don't know. Good thing Reno told me that he will wait for my answer, and that Mr. Frost announced that the scene before was a social experiment.

It was nighttime already, and I felt like sitting near the window and stare at the Moon. I feel like it's calling me.

"Oh Moon, I don't know what is happening already. I want to get answers, why do I feel like there's something about Mr. Frost? Should I say yes to Reno even though I'm not sure of my feelings for him? I'm so lost." I cried to him. Silly me, why am I talking to the moon?

"Ohh, the snow priness wants answers eh?" Someone said.

I looked around and saw nothing but shadows. I kept my defense up.

"Who are you? Show yourself!" I tried to act strong.

Then, there was a tall, black figure at the corner, and he finally came out. He was the man in my dreams!

"Slenderman!" I shouted.

"Ha-ha. Silly girl. I am Pitch Black." He corrected me.

"Pitch? Sounds like a girl's name." I kept on teasing him to ease my fear.

"Stop it! I'm here to give you answers!" He said, he was a bit of annoyed, which made him look funny. Somehow, I was not that scared anymore.

"Answers? How?" I asked him.

"At Ms. Tooth's room, you'll find special cases which have pictures of this Academy's students. You can find yours there, and you'll find the answers." He said.

"Why should I trust you?" I glared at him.

"Because I'm here to help you." He replied and vanished.

Should I try listening to him? He was the reason of my nightmares.. but I badly want answers.

By the way, the last chapter where chakra and mana are involved, I just kinda made them up. Dont believe them. Haha! Chao~
