The Girl In The Closet

Chapter 5

After I got in my room I shut the door and leaned against it then sighed to myself

"Jeez, they're so worried all the time" I said

"Maybe I should go visit Aya again" I said.

I grabbed the black sweater I was going to wear and a black pair of converse shoes then put them on and ran downstairs

"Where ya off to?" My dad asked when I put my hand on the doorknob.

"Oh just over to my friends house" I said

"Maybe you should invite them over sometime" My mom said while walking past holding lots of magazines

"Yeah maybe" I said and left.

As soon as I was outside I started to run to the house Aya stayed at.

Once I reached the house i politely knocked on the door...

No answer

So i knocked again...

No answer so instead to opened the door to the same sights as yesterday except it smelled like someone just died.

"Aya?" I called but there was no answer.

I looked around the house but I couldn't find her anywhere so I decided to look upstairs

"Aya?" I called. There were 3 rooms and 2 were locked but the 3rd wasn't

I opened the door

"Aya!" I said but she wasn't there... instead there was a small broken ladder in the corner of the room so I climbed up it.

"Ay-" I stopped mid sentence to find Aya sitting in the corner of the room eating something... well not something but someone!

I started to scream but Aya quickly appeared in front of me and covered my mouth, giving me a perfect sight of the ripped apart body in front of me

"Shush my dear! Don't waste your energy screaming! I like my food alive and healthy" She said while smiling, fresh blood dripped from her mouth and slowly rolled down my shoulder and dripped onto the floor, she started pushing me and motioning for me to walk towards the dead body and limbs all over the ground.

"Look at it Lexi! Doesn't it look delightful?" She said while laughing like a maniac.

I bit her hand and she released her grip on me

"Now now Lexi...That wasn't very nice! Were going to have to have...A PUNISHMENT!" She yelled while gripping onto her bleeding and and lunging towards me, I quickly dodged and she landed on her knees, giving me time to run down the stairs.

When i reached the bottom of the staircase she looked down at me from the top
"UGH! LEXI MOON!!" She yelled and jumped at me again with blood from her jaw trailing behind her, Her eyes became pitch black and two blacks horns came out of her head, I quickly ran for the door but the cracks between the wood became pitch black making it impossible to see anything. The only light visible was from the flame growing in her eyes and the blood dripping from her mouth.

I ran to the left as she went to bite me and then I felt it! The doorknob! I quickly pulled open the door and the light shone onto Aya, making her visible until she disappeared and all that was left was smoke

I ran out the door and rain had started to pour down onto me as I continued to run to my house.

I slammed the door open to the house, the lights were all off and the house was cold

"MOM! DAD!" I yelled but there was no reply

I ran into the living room but it was empty just like the kitchen so I ran upstairs and checked my parents room and mine, they still weren't there. The only place they could be was Luna's room or the basement. I walked slowly towards Luna's room and smashed open the door, my mom was standing there in front of the dark open closet with a worried expression on her face

"Get. Out. Of. Here" She said and started to cry

"GO LEXI! SAVE YOURSELF!" She yelled at me

"I thought I told you to be quiet" A voice said

"Punishment Time" It said again, I recognized it! It was Aya's voice!

"Mom move out of there it's dan-" Before I could finish my sentence a hand went straight through her chest and straight back out

"I told her to be quiet" Aya said while walking out of the closet.

My mom started to scream so loud that it my ears started to ring and her scream was mixed with a gurgling sound coming from her throat as blood came out of her mouth and chest.

"Shush" Aya said while piercing her throat with a shard of glass that she had from the suddenly broken window.

"MOM!" I screamed as she fell to the floor and her eyes rolled up to the back of her head leaving no life in her body, A pool of blood continued to form around her body.

"You killed my mother!" I yelled while tears fell from my eyes

"Oh what a shame" Another familiar voice said and walked out of the closet.

I Knew that face anywhere... The blonde hair that used to be perfect and the shining sparkling eyes that were always blue but now a dark grey eye and a blood red eye...My sister...Luna Moon.
