I grab my phone off the floor which is connected to my charger and bring it towards my face. I lightly press the home button to see who the text was from.

Message from Justin.

I smiled to myself and quickly replied back.

Rae- Yea?

Jus- wyd?

Rae- chillin in my room. Y?

Jus- Kat's throwing a farewell party at her best friend's house and you're going

Rae- oh really? says who?

Jus- Me

Jus- And if i dont see u there, i will drag your ass outta that house and bring you there myself

I couldn't help but laugh to myself after reading that.

Rae- wow.. so aggressive lol

Jus- lmao i mean it. Now go get ready

Rae- I'm too lazy

Jus- Rae! Get off ur ass and go get ready!

I leave him on read and wait a few minutes to see if he'd say something else. Just then a text popped up.

Jus- Pleaseee come with me. Don't make me go alone

I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. Alone?

Rae- Justin u have Kat, Zach and Bryce.. you don't need me

Jus- I'll always need you

My breath hitched. I couldn't help but smile and think about all the times I've been there for him and how he's been there for me.
