— Let's go! It's time — Luna repeated for herself.

She was standing in front of the mysterious stairway, that extended until her feet, the curiosity and sensation of the forbidden called her to explore the basement of the house she lived in, the same that was expressly forbidden for her and her brother to go since... well, since always.

The house they lived in was like a big prison, full of alarms and armed men, the atmosphere was always sad and tense, her mother kept them practically all day in her room, always looking behind her shoulders. They were told not to talk to anyone, not to involve in any adult affair, never to be alone in common areas and, above all, keep distance from the basement. Luna could hear her mother's voice ordering that her grandfather's office, the library and everything else that was in the basement were a forbidden territory for her and her older brother. Her mother had never explained the reason for such actions, she simply forbid them to go there.

Well, but now she already had her 9 years old, she was smart enough to go there without being noticed; at least she thought at the time, she was really optimistic about the plan she had set up.

Discreetly, in the dead of night, she left her room foot by foot in order not to wake up anyone, with her flashlight in hands passed by the corridors, impeccably decorated in Victorian style, quickly hid when one of the many security guards passed by, and finally arrived at the stairs. A shiver went through down her spine, the fear of being caught was there, she almost could hear her brother berating her about that idea. With all of her courage, she went down the stairs and could feel the temperature dropping.

— Come on, Luna. Be brave, it's not time to go backwards! – she kept repeating to herself.

When she turned the corner on the corridor, she saw a door with the lights on, sneaked close to the door and started to listen muffled voices, getting closer she recognized her mother's voice and then her grandfather's, her mother seemed to be crying. Luna listened terrified to what they were saying, when she felt someone approach her from behind and lightly squeezed her shoulder, the fright mixed with the feeling of being caught was enough to run away down the hall, but not before hearing her grandfather threating to disappear with her mother.

She felt hard the adrenaline while running in the corridor remembering the words she just heard. Oh my God! They needed to leave that place, they were in danger there. She was so enraged and afraid that she didn't noticed the presence of one security guard in front of her and bumped directly into him. She got caught.

Luna woke up scared; a quick 20-minute nap was enough to bring back that damn memory, the one that hadn't left her mind since her mother disappeared from earth. It's been almost four years now since Helena had disappeared, and just closing her eyes was enough to hear her grandfather's voice threating to disappear with her mother, when she was still a child. Things had to be connected, it wasn't possible. Well, but right now wasn't the time to think about it, she needed to focus on the mission and its targets.

— Come on, focus Luna, let's end these idiots soon – she kept repeating to herself while thinking about how her concentration was terrible lately.

Luna was at the top of a tree, in the middle of a rainforest somewhere in the hell of Colombia, on guard, waiting for her leader signal to start the operation to arrest a big boss from a drug cartel. A typical mission, as Castro defined it, without measuring words with his calculating tone.

— Let's locate the cartel, enter it, capture the target and the others involved, collect the evidence, destroy the structure and get out of this forest without any deaths, do you hear me? – Castro ordered his team.

Luna always think it was funny how some people could simplify some situations, without any doubts that was one characteristic of her leader. Well, Castro could, the man was the typical Iron Leader, a real coarse that was worthy an entire army. He has plenty experience in missions, amazing skills on the battlefields and an impeccable strategic view, not to mention the total loyalty of his team. His quiet and straightforward way only reinforces his alpha-male posture, and that makes him a very admired agent, people think twice before countering him, without a doubt.
