PINE'S POV~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So I got all my things (which consisted of 3 candles and a blanket and 1 match) and left. Three days pasted until I made it to the city of Paris and it was dark too. Then a big statue of an elephant caught my eye so I took off and ran staught over to it. While I was running I stepted on a piece of glass and I then fell over and the worst part was it was ontop of a boy. He then helped me stand up and he said ''my name is Gavroche''. I then said ''My name is Pine sorry about me running into you''. He then smiled at me and said '' It's ok it was my fault i wasn't watching. It is getting late I guess you should go back to your house.'' I looked down at the ground and frowned. He then relised that I had nowhere to stay and said ''You have nowhere to go do you? I don't either do you want to come with me?'' He then smiled and held out his hand. I grabed it and we took off runing until we stopped at the elephant statue exept this time it had 2 ropes hanging from the top. He said to me to climd up it I was nervous,but I started to climb up anyway. I climbed up faster than I ever expected. Then that boy climded up. He then pointed to an opening in the statue and told me to go in. When I got in it was a small room that had 2 blankets and a burning candle. He then said ''Well it is not mutch but it's home and if you forgot my name it is Gavroche.''
I then walked over to were he is to put my stuff down and my foot started to hurt really bad. the pain shot up my leg and I screamed.
