Savage. This is what Denzel Willington thought of the world. He was a 14-year-old boy that lived in London, he had long, dark, curly hair that went down to his shoulders, and with eyes as dark as the night sky. But there was something really peculiar about him, he had a scar that represented the letter "W" on his left shoulder. When he was born the doctors said that he was a special child that will achieve in life, and when Denzel's mother told him what the doctors said, Denzel replied with: "Glad to hear that someone thinks I am mental."
Denzel was not an optimistic child, the cup was always half empty for him. When he was around 7 years old, his granddad gave him the biggest present he has ever seen but Denzel (the very special child that will achieve) said: "I've seen bigger." His granddad did not know how to answer so he just pretended that he did not hear him, but Denzel continued repeating the same thing over and over again until his granddad finally decided to leave the Willington's and go back to his cozy house in Nevada. After he went, Denzel's parents grounded him but Denzel did not care, he was actually quite happy, but he did not know why.
Most people will say, "But this happened 7 years ago, he must have changed by now." But if you think so you are wrong...Dead wrong. The day he turned 14, he decided to go and celebrate with his friend, Michaell Green, who lived 30 minutes away from Denzel's house. Michaell lived in a house with a miniature garden, whereas Denzel's house had a gigantic garden that he loved playing in with whatever he found. As well as that, Michaell's house had an odd look about it, if there was one word to describe it would be "different". All the houses around it looked like every other house you would normally see, but Michaell's one was smaller in size, some of its windows were entirely broken, the door had a big sign attached to it that said: "Danger of death" and its roof was painted in different colours. When Denzel finally arrived at Michaell's house he got out of the car and knocked three times on the door (The one that had a chance of killing him) and waited there for about ten minutes. When Michaell finally opened the door and welcomed his friend, Denzel realised that this was not going to be a normal birthday party a normal kid Denzel's age would have. The house was decorated with different colour balloons and on each and single one of theme there was a big sign that read: "Happy Honeymoon". As well as that, there was something Denzel would never forget in his whole life, there was a Christmas tree in the bathroom and underneath it, there were two extremely small presents wrapped up in something very strange that looked like wet toilet paper. A few hours later, after this amazing party finished, Denzel's mum came to pick him up. She asked him how did it go, and Denzel, with a grin on his face, answered: "It wasn't bad at all, but I think that Christmas, Honeymoons and Birthdays should not be combined." His mother, Scarlet Willington, said: "Well I am actually quite glad that you enjoyed something for the first time in your life dear." Denzel answered back with: "Sarcasm mum, it was awful.".
So now no one can say that Denzel is a child that loves the world the way it has been created by God. But there is one think that we can definitely confirm, and that is that Denzel is a child that does not live in a place where everything is normal, he lives in a place where nearly everything is different, even the water does not taste like normal water, according to Denzel's father, Xavier Willington. But that does not mean that Denzel will not be the child the doctors have said he will be when he grows up, that does not mean that Denzel will not achieve in life, it only means that it will be much harder for him to achieve all he ever wants to. A tip I can give to Denzel is, "Move like the wind and do not stop when you see a wall, just find a way past it.".
Denzel, who just had his hair cut and looks like a leafless bush, decided to go to the stores and buy something to eat on his way back home. He entered the store bought some crisps and headed back home. He was about 2 minutes away from it when he heard a loud scream coming from the same direction he was heading to. He ran towards his house to see if everything was ok, but it wasn't. His whole house was on fire and there was nothing he can do except call for help. He got his phone out of his pocket and called 911.He told them everything and started waiting. There were tears streaming down his eyes and he could not stop them from doing so. He waited and waited and waited. When the firetruck finally arrived to extinguish those orange, devouring flames, Denzel knew it was too late. His parents were dead. He did not care what would happen now, he was not sure what to do, so he started running and running and running and running until the only think he could he was the howling of the wind.
