Denzel Willington ran for about 30 minutes until he couldn't run anymore and when he looked around, the only thing he could see was the sky, the ground and the distance ahead of him. He was not hungry but he was extremely thirsty but there was no way he could get any water right now and he knew that, so he continued walking. He walked for about 4 hours until he could not walk anymore. The sky was dark and the stars were nowhere to be seen. Denzel collapsed on the ground thinking of all the good memories with his mother and father, and that is when he started crying again. He had nowhere to go now except his granddads, but Denzel did not like him at all. 7 years ago, when Denzel received the gigantic present by his grandfather and after that got grounded for not treating him with respect, decided to sneak out of his room at night and get his present from the living room. Once he got it, he ran back to his room, closed the door very quietly, not to draw any attention, and started ripping apart the wrapping paper wrapped around the gigantic box. once he finished unwrapping, he was not sure how to react, it was a blank box with no image on it. He opened the box just to find another box, he opened that smaller box to find an even smaller box, he continued opening boxes until he finally opened the smallest one and found a crappy toy of a car. Denzel was super depressed after that, and thought to himself, "Why granddad, why get my hopes up when you are not giving me anything special. What was the point of so many boxes!". That is why Denzel absolutely despises his grandfather named Robert Willington.
Denzel woke up in an unknown room and it seemed like the room had no door. Denzel was positioned on a soft bed with blankets as white as the snow pouring down during winter time, not in England though. He got up from the bed and that is when he realised that he was in an attic. He looked down at the floor trying to find the trap-door, but he was not able to find one. He stood there thinking of a way he could escape. He looked around the room and decided to look through the window. He pulled the curtains to the side and admired the beautiful view. There were so many mountains and trees outside, all of them looked perfect. He looked out of the window for about ten more minutes when he realised that the walls of the room were moving inwards. Denzel knew there was something wrong, this could not have been real, walls do not move. They did not stop, Denzel was going to die, he was going to get squished by four walls. He closed his eyes, knowing that the walls are going to kill him very soon and when he did not feel anything he decided to open them back again and to his surprise, he was on the ground looking straight at it... it was all a dream.
He picked himself up from the ground and looked around. He started running again, this time both hungry and thirsty. Maybe he really will die, maybe this dream he just had is supposed to mean something. He ran and ran and ran and at last he saw something in the distance, he saw a town that looked very old. He walked up to it, and it was then when he realised that this town was a village that he has never ever read or heard about. He looked around and saw a shop, he went in it pulled out his wallet grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge, went up to the counter placed the bottle on it, gave the money to the shopkeeper, grabbed the bottle, opened it and started drinking, drinking, drinking and drinking, he has never drunk that much water before. After that he picked up a sandwich from one of the food displays placed it on the counter gave the money, picked up the sandwich, opened up the box of the sandwich, grabbed the sandwich and started eating it, it looked like a lion finally who has just caught his prey. When Denzel finished eating his sandwich, the shopkeeper said, "Are you ok boy?".
Denzel looked up and said, "No."
This was the worst part of Denzel's life and the part that he will always remember, but he continued fighting and fighting and he never gave up.
He exited the shop and looked around. He stood there staring into the distance when someon barged into him. He turned around to see a muscular boy with dark brown, straight hair, he also wore a black shirt and dark blue jeans. He said, "Hey, what do you think you are doing here, prey!?" Denzel, who was absolutely pissed off, lifted his fist up and hit the boy so hard that he fell back on his head and he probably cut it open. Denzel just stared down at the bloody boy. After enough time has past he started walking in a random direction. Life did not matter to him anymore, he had lost his parent yesterday, the ones that took care of him everyday. He walked and walked and walked. Listening to the birds singging meryly, wishing they would stop.
