So this is fan art inspired by another book from dacatnextdoor14 's Galaxy AU book. This is also fan art for Wumzy1023 which for some reason I wasn't following before, even though I swear I was. This is her character, Sun, in the book. Anyway, here's the process.

Here is the rough sketch. I basically did the body mold and clothing.

I didn't like the hand so I changed the the way it faced. It looks a lot better to me this way.

The hand was still bothering me so I repositioned the thumb and cleaned up the sketch a bit.
