I woke up to something moving around in my arms. My eyes flickered open and I stretched out on a comfortable swing. I looked around and took in the room I was in. Lucas's room. I rolled my eyes and sat up looking out on his balcony and seeing that the sun was just starting to rise. I sigh and look at the time on his alarm and seen that it was 8:24!! Im late to school! I shot up and then remembered everything that happened before I ended up over here and looked at the puppy who was staring up at me. Kaia.

"Okay Kaia we gotta go." I say and grab her and look in Lucas's bed to see he was still sleep. I ran to the bathroom and filled a cup with cold water. I went back in his room and threw the water on him. He woke up gasping and sitting up super fast.

"WHAT THE FUCK!!" He yelled.

"Your late for school." I tell him walking out the door and down the steps and out the front door.

**************Lucas POV**************

"Three seconds we were coo three seconds! Then she gotta ruin it by dumping water on me, that's aggy." I roll my eyes looking at Dylan and he chuckles.

"Was it cold?"

"Bitch why does matter?" I laugh and so does he and the she walks in with nike grey sweat pants and and a Nike grey half hoodie. Her hair was in two braids and she just looked sporty.

"Damn nigga you might as well-" I glared at him before he could finish. He snickered and I watched her sit down and she flipped her hair over her shoulder and pulled out her notebook . I leaned forward to see what she was writing and after three seconds I felt her hand on my face pushing my head back. I chuckle as a random ass adult walks in the class room.

"Hi I am your substitute teacher Mr. Riley." He says and I frown and look at him. This nigga looked only three years older than us. He had dreads that were braided back and looked clean forreal.

"Damn." I hear Lyric say and I frown looking at the teacher and then at her.

"What you saying Damn for?" I asked and she looked back at me.

"You don't think he's fine?" She asked and I got so fucking pissed and felt like slapping the shit out of him.

"I should slap you." I say and she chuckle and turns back around and I couldn't even look at this nigga anymore. I grabbed my notebook and open it and start writing down everything the nigga was talking about.

Seemed like ten years before he bell rung and everyone shoot up started leaving the class room. I was packing my stuff up and noticed Lyric looking at me.

"Yes ? " I asked and she turned to her bag and pulled out a thing of napkins and put them to my nose. I frowned until I realized what was happening. I grabbed the napkin and stood up.

"You need your med-"

"I'm fine." I said and she sighs and I start walking past her and her hand on my chest stops me.

"I can call your mom." She says and I grab her hand with my other hand moved it off of me.

"If it gets that serious I'll call her." I gave her a "friendly smile and try to walk past again and she stops me again.

"Lucas.."

"I'm fine Lyric damn." I say brushing past her this time and straight into the boys bathroom.

"In fine Lyric damn." Lucas growls and storms past me and I look at his book bag and picked it up rolling my eyes and looking over at Dillion.

" what was that all about that ? " he asked and I didn't think it was my place to tell him about Lucas's little spills. I didn't even know the real answer to that question.

"I don't know. Regular old dickhead Lucas." I say and he chuckles and I walk out the room and as soon as I get into the hall.

"Give me my book bag ." I scoffed and walked right past him still holding his bag and not listening to him calling my name.

"Lyric nigga give me my shit." I felt him pull the bag and pin me against the lockers.

"There is always a please and thank you." I say and he grits his teeth.

" Lyric.. I will really beat your ass." He says it so low so slow so....sexy.

"Bet you'd like to try." I say and he squints Trynna find the hidden meaning behind that.

"Don't play wit me."

"Who said I was playing wit you." I asked and I pushed him and he only took like two steps back. I smirked and dropped his bag on the ground and kept walking down the hallway.

"You would think some of these would come and acttually be able to dance. " I laugh at Elena as we watch this white girl doing some weird dance she said somebody taught her.

"She looks like a dancer for sia. Maybe she is a expression dancer or whatever you call it." I say and she chuckles.

"So what about you mrs.Lyric. Got your eyes on anyone yet ? " she says putting her hands in her hands.

" Nope no one at all. " I say and she looks over my shoulder and then back at me.

"Don't look now but I think they are talking about you." Of course my dumbass looks now. And I see Enzo and Lucas looking at me while Lucas was talking. They don't turn away either they go on with their conversation. " Well now that we're caught let's go find out." She says grabbing my hand and pulls me off the ground and I almost lose my head and get whip lash.

We walk over to them and Lucas rolls his eyes putting his hands on his hips and Enzo's smirk turns sinister.

"Hello boys ." I say and Elena loops arms with me.

"Wassup." Enzo says and I look at Lucas who after a second of looking at I noticed had no shirt on and I could see his chest tattoo and the tattoo on his arms. My eyebrow hiked up.

" Eww stop my eyes are up here." Lucas says using his fingers to direct my eyes to his eyes I nod and look back at his tattoos.

"But these are so much more interesting." I say pointing all over his chest and he rolled his eyes and covered his nipples with his hands.

"Violated As fuck." I couldn't help but chuckle.

" We came to see what y'all were talking about ." Elena says and this is the first time I noticed her and Enzo were talking.

"Oh well cause there is this party.." he says looking at me and I look him in his beautiful ass eyes. " I wanted to see if you wanted to go. Lucas here said oh don't really like parties so.."

"Lucas here is a damn bad liar." I say and he sighs putting his hands up in surrender."when and where ? " I asked and he smirked.

"I'll have Lucas send you the details." He says smirking as Shannon came in.

"Everyone get in their groups." We all moved and got in the groups we were supposed to be in. I stood next to Lucas who looked at Shannon and only Shannon.

"So you know your roles, yes?" We all nod and she smiles.

"Well then I'm gone for the rest of the program. Headed to Miami. I will be back a week before the performance though. Surely do not wait up." She says as she exits and everyone looks around.

"Well okay then let's go." Lucas says as we all turn off into our groups.
