I sit in my apartment, drumming my fingers on the bench top as I wait for the microwave to finish heating up my leftover pasta from last night. I can't help the smile taking over my face as I let my thoughts drift.

Harry came back from LA...to see me. He broke up with his girlfriend, got on a plane and flew here just to see me after all this time. When I saw him sit in front of me, the butterflies were filling my stomach and tingles were shooting up and down my spine. I loved seeing him today...he looked so happy. His life seems to be shooting up in this world, him and Louis are friends again, the band is releasing another album soon and their going on another world tour next year.

My life is pretty good at the moment as well. I just finished my Oceania leg of my Red tour and I'm going to Europe in February, my bangs have grown out and I've moved back to a side fringe, my fans are being as strong and nice as ever, the hate has died down noticeably and Harry and Louis are still in my life...we're on good terms.

Paula resigned from 13 Management in the new year like she was planning to, now I have a new publicist. Her name is Patricia, but I call her Patty. She's really nice and she gives my leash a lot of slack, unlike Paula who kept me on a tight leash. I must admit, Paula did come around toward the end after Harry spoke to her...I thanked him for that, it really did have an affect on my life.

Seeing Louis yesterday was probably the biggest surprise, seeing as I had only come into London that day. I should have known that I'd run into one of them sooner or later, but I didn't expect it to be that soon. But I'm glad we did see each other...seeing and talking to him really made me happy.

I just don't think I can choose...

The microwave beeps, snapping me out of my thoughts as I open the door, grabbing my food. I plonk down on the couch in the lounge room and press play on my movie, The Notebook. I start eating as I watch the adorable chick flick, but I'm cut short at the knock on my door. I sigh and pause my movie, putting my food on the coffee table before standing up and walking over to my door.

I open it and smile instantly. "Ella!" I yell, hugging the brown haired girl in front of me tightly. "Oh my gosh, how are you?!"

"I've been good," she says, her kiwi accent loud and clear and I smile, inviting her inside and dragging her to the couch. She laughs at me as I grab my food. "How are you, though? How was Oceania?"

"It was amazing, we should have met up whilst I was in New Zealand!" I coo and she shakes her head.

"I was in LA when you were there, recording more music," she says and I smile.

"Already recording another album? But Pure Heroine is going so well!" I say, eat some pasta while she talks.

"I'm recording them before I forget what I want, like instrumental wise," she says, shrugging. "It's just a precaution, really...the album won't be coming out for awhile, anyways."

"I was gonna say, that is totally unfair because I had to wait two years before I could put out another album," I say and she smiles.

"Still, you got this far," she smiles "What are we watching?"

"The Notebook," I say sheepishly and she giggles, pressing play on the remote. I smile as we sit back, watching the movie.

The movie goes by and we end up crying by the end of it, but we don't care...friends shouldn't be ashamed of crying at the sad bits. We look at each other and laugh at ourselves. I wipe my eyes as she does the same.

"So, why are you in London?" I ask after five minutes of regaining normality. Ella shrugs.

"I just wanted to see the city, I'm on break for three days, so I thought London was the place to go," she says "Then I saw on Twitter that you were here to, so I just came here."
