I was so happy for her. Honestly, I don't know why she was scared or worried to tell me so, as it was good news!

- Why were you nervous about telling me? - I told her a bit confused

- Because I know you're most likely going to the Newcastle college and we will be a bit far away - she said all cute

-But Jade since the beginning we knew we wouldn't go to college together, so it's nothing new - I said. Actually I hadn't told her I applied for a college in the USA... but let's be real, was my last option and I was most likely not getting into it

- I know, but still... you are not mad at me then? - she asked with her eyes shining

- No! Of course not - I told her smiling

As soon as she was happy and about to change subject not to hang up, I saw my mum was calling me. I hung up with Jade, as she had already told me the important stuff, and said hi to my mum.

While talking to her I was a bit nervous. I knew I had to tell my mum about Jade and I, but I was a bit scared of what she would think, how she would react. I mean, I know she would accept me but still.

Half an hour later, I hung up. Of course not telling her anything about Jade. Well I mean I had talked about her before with my mum, but she thought she was a friend, not an actual girlfriend.

I got up around 6.30am. Honestly, I had been awake for an hour. I had barely slept. It was a bad night: it was so hot in the room, so I was sweating, but also it was storming like crazy (I was actually surprised Cindy was sleeping nd not asking me to sleep with me) so after waking up many times during the night this time i finally got up. I took a shower and then put a little bit of makeup (basically concealer and mascara) to make myself look presentable. I let my hair dry naturally and then I got into some jeans and a t-shirt, and headed downstairs. As soon as I got into the kitchen I went straight to the coffee machine. I. Needed. Coffee. ASAP.

It was Sunday, so not even Amber was up yet. I had my mug prepared already under the coffee machine but right before pressing "on" I headed to the kitchen door and closed it, trying not to wake everyone up. Why are coffee machines so loud??

Once my coffee was ready, for a second I thought about grabbing my phone, but I remembered I forgot it in my room, and as the lazy arse I was, I was definetely not going back upstairs, so I  headed to the little backyard and sat down on a wood bench they had out there. I drank my coffee trying not to think about anything and just looking around listening to the birds singing and the breeze moving the leafs on the trees.

Even if I was calm, I knew soon or later I would have to tell my mum. I had thought about it other times already, but the more I waited, the more time I felt I was lying to her, and I hated that feeling.

When I finished my coffee I got in, washed my mug and then decided to watch some Netflix until Amber and Cindy got up so then we could have breakfast together.

- Perrie, are you okay? You've been so quiet today – Amber asked me

Damn it, she always noticed everything.

- Is just that I feel like I'm lying to my mum - I told Amber

- You haven't told her yet, have you? – Amber asked me, reading my mind

- Nope... I just don't know how to tell her - I mumbled
