Time was going so fast. June had already gone by and July was already starting. I still remember arriving to Brighton airport at the very beginning of June and looking around for what would be my family for the summer. And now, I was just remembering how I was coming back at the end of August. I would miss Amber, she was like a second mum to me. And Cindy? Cindy was like the little sister I never had, and I loved her so much. And what could I say about Jade? I was crazy in love with her, no one could even doubt it; however we were still trying to figure out how we would work it out as soon as college started. On the other hand though, I missed Jesy so much being here, as well as Leigh-Anne. And my mum! My beloved mama and my grandma. I guess you just couldn't have everything.
It was Saturday and I was so bored. I texted Jade last night to meet today but she was spending the weekend in Leeds visiting her family. Well, I guess that meant chill weekend at home. Honestly, as for the moment was storming like crazy, it sounded good to stay at home and do nothing.

I woke my lazy arse from bed and headed to the kitchen. It was already 10am. I prepared my coffee and then put two slices of bread in the toaster. Hold on, everything was so silent. Where were Cindy and Amber? As I went to grab a mug for my coffee, I saw a post it on the door of he cupboard that said "Good morning Perrie! Cindy and I headed to the mall, I need new clothes for Cindy. However, I guessed you may wanted to join, so take the bus if you want to so we meet at the mall and then we come back in one car. Have a nice day! Xx"
Even if the idea of staying at home alone sounded peaceful, I could use some new clothes as well plus it had been a while since I last went to a mall. So, once my coffee and my toasts were ready, I headed upstairs and started eating while doing my makeup, not to waste time.

After an hour. I was at the bus. It was raining like crazy and even if I picked some ankle boots my feet were wet already. I hated rain. I hated England's normal weather. Why couldn't I be born in Spain? Or Italy? Or Greece? Somewhere where it rains once per month, not everyday other day.

In a 20 minute ride I jumped off the bus that stopped right in front of the mall. However, I made a quick run and in no time I was inside, safe from the damn storm. And as soon as the doors closed behind me a lightning lighted up the whole sky. Holy shit. 3, 2, 1... and a thunder broke down in the middle of the sky making us all open wide our eyes like saying "wow, that was close".
Honestly I'm not going to lie, I liked storm. But when I was at home, chilling and knew I didn't have to go out. Not when I was actually doing something that day.

I called Amber to know where she was and we met outside "New Look".

- Oh, hi Perrie, how is it going? - Amber said while Cindy jumped on my arms so I could hold her
Everything's good, except that devil's weather - I sighed with Cindy up in my arms already; she was the lightest weight for a kid I had ever held
- True! It's pouring outside, isn't it? - Amber said and as she was saying that, another lightning appeared on the sky, which we saw by the glass that was covering the top of the mall
As the thunder was already making its noise, Cindy covered her ears with her arms and rested her head on my shoulder
- Perrie, if you want to get some things, leave Cindy with me and go! We can meet at lunch time and see if we leave or we stay a little longer - Amber offered me
I placed Cindy down back on her feet, kissed her on the cheek and after setting a time with Amber and a place for lunch, I left to mind my own business.

I had never been in that mall before so I had actually no clue which shops I'd find. I approached a security man I saw standing there to ask him where I could find a sign or something where I could see which stores were there. He kindly guided me to the stairs as next to them there was a little map of the mall with all the shops. I checked them all out: boots, new look, next, river island, Starbucks, costa coffee, primark, H&M, Zara, Victoria's Secret... HOLD ON! There was Victoria's Secret in Brighton? YAS! I loved this shop and could only go there when I was in London. As soon as I studied where it was, I stopped staring at the sign and ran to the store. Bye bye money, it's been nice having some for a while.
