Knock Knock

P.O.V. Zane

Aiden passed out, maybe I put too much. I fear I might have overloaded him.

Me and Isaac put him on the couch for until it became day. I accidently passed out.

"Zane, what did you put in that potion, cause I think you put way too much of penicillium spores" I heard someone ask.

"Huh", springing up, I saw Aiden standing up observing the kit.

"Aiden? Do you remember?" I asked.

"Yeah, I don't know why I would cast that spell, it got you guys stuck here- wait..." he turned around "Do you have the notes?".

"You have them" I stated

He kept searching "No, if you wanted me to get all of you back, I should have my notes to check every detail of-"

"I mean the other you" I interrupted.

"Oh, silly me then" he came back on the couch and sat next to me.

"So how did you end up here" he asked.

"Following you, You know, if you kept forgetting, you would get a serious case of chronic memory loss" I joked. So, I told him how I ended up here.

I woke up in a bed, I looked around to see my apartment, from another dream, it was one where I sparred with a girl named Monica, she had her ponytail and glasses as normal. She had a friendly rivalry with Emmalyn of the court of guards. Now that I remember, she was a head guard of Lilidan.

"Okay, think that's enough" Monica panted out.

"Alright, yeah... I need some water, let's go back down to the woodgear district" I said.

"Seeya" she left.

It was a strange dream, but last time, it was when I was at the same tower, overlooking the whole town.

I heard a knock at the door, that's when I saw someone from my dream, it was Monica.

"You haven't changed at all" she said.

"How, those were only dreams" I stepped back, I was so confused.

"Well, maybe if you use this stone" she handed me a purple glowing stone.

"As soon as I touched it, I remembered everything, even you" I told him.

"Okay, so you forgot as well" he said.

"Lilith did, I have some reserved for her, it wasn't a memory stone, but a dose of the potion could help her as well" I stated.

"Well, where is this Monica person? I would like to meet her" I asked.

"She, she actually is supposed to come here..." I looked at the clock, it said 10:00 A.M. "now"

P.O.V. Aiden

A door opened followed by footsteps, a girl with a ponytail as well as a red shirt, she had jeans and black shoes, she also had a backpack.

"Oh, I guess this is the guy you wanted to help" she said.

"Yeah, and he has a name" I replied.

"I know, oh so, sorry but I think we should go to the city before we leave" she said.

She stepped outside towards Isaac's truck, which was parked outside.

"Let's go" she called us over.
