I open my eyes. Sun rays shined through dusty windows blinding me slightly so I had to squint and turn my head. That's when I see him. The masked man sitting right before me. I relaxed a little realizing that he's sleeping. I look around the room. It's a cabin with nice interior, although nice wasn't really the right word. This place needs some serious cleaning. Is this his home? If so, what am I doing here? My gaze fell back to the man. His clothes had acquired some new blood stains since the last time I've seen him. I better not wake him up. *sneeze*

The giant jolted up in his seat, awoken by this unusual sound.

[AN: Kinda like this lol]

You jump a little at his sudden action. He searched the room with his eyes. They met yours and he calmed down, realizing that you were the cause of this.

"Sorry ... I didn't wanna startel you." You smile apologetically.

He remains silent and stares you dead into the eyes. You look down to your hands, not feeling confident enough to have a staring contest with a giant. What does he want from me? What happened ... of course the lake! You look up and face him.

"Di ... did you get me out of the water?"

He nodded slowly, but otherwise remained in place, not moving an inch. Not much of a talker eh? Communicating with him will be difficult, especially with that mask. I can only guess his emotions. Well at least he understands what I'm saying. And most importantly, he saved my life.

"Thank you." You say with a grateful smile. "If I knew you wanted to save me I wouldn't have rn awayy from you. I guess first impressions can be misleading."

This was followed by an awfully long silence, in which he continued to stare at you. You smile nervously, not knowing what to do. He finally moved and stood up. You clench your fingers into the fabric beneath them. My god, why is he so huge?! He gave you one last look and went to a nearby dresser. You curiously watch him search for something in a drawer. He stopped and looked over his shoulder right back at you. He closed the drawer and returned with a pen and a notebook. The armchair creaked under the weight of his muscular body. I've got to hand it to him, he's really intimidating.

He thinks for a moment, writes something down and overlooks it one last time, before he rips out the paper, leans forward and hands it to you. You let go of the blanket and take it.

To be honest, I wanted to kill you. It's nothing against you personally, I kill everyone who sets foot on my land.

You turn pale. Your heartbeat stops for a moment before beating significantly faster. You slowly look back up and swallow your fear, asking with a trembling voice:

"You wanted to kill me ... Is that still the case?"

The man tilts his head to the side. You hold your breath, unable to look away, like a deer staring at approaching headlights. It seemed to take him forever to start writing.

I guess not.

He guesses?! That doesn't sound convincing at all! You sneak a peek at him. He stared into space, being lost in his own thoughts. I should say something before he changes his mind.

"The men that came here ... are they dead?"

He turns his head and nods a yes. You smile and lower your head. Although this were somewhat good news, you can't help but feel uneasy. He kills everyone that gets here? Does this mean it happens frequently? You start twiddling your thumps. How many people has he killed already?

Jasons POV:

I've spend enough time killing people to develop a sense for fear. I can tell she's afraid. I can't blame her though. Even for me it's unbelievable that I wouldn't harm her. It doesn't matter how hard I think about it, I can't explain my behavior. I was determined to kill her, to end it today, but I didn't.

As soon as I woke up I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. Her (e/c) eyes looking right at me. She didn't scream as I had expected her to do. Instead she had sneezed. That never happened before.

No, I don't want to kill her anymore. It's strange, but it's the truth. It's been a long time since I've spent time with someone who isn't dead, or soon to be. That's refreshing.

I look at her features. Her messy (h/c) hair pointing in all directions, covering parts of her face. I think it's like this because she slept while they were wet. Her nose and cheeks are red ... I hope she didn't catch a cold. My own cheeks feel warmer all of a sudden. Why? Am I getting sick? If I think about it my stomach feels kinda weird since I carried her yesterday. My gaze unconsciously wanders to her lips, which have the color of fresh strawberries. I tilt my head to the side. Is that the reason my stomach is acting up? Am I hungry? I would like to have some strawberries.

"...now?" I get back to reality. She's looking at me. Did she say something?

"Can I go home now?" She repeated after seeing my questioning look.

I hesitate for a second but decided for a yes and nodded. There is no reason for her to stay. She seemed to be relieved and closed her eyes.

Your POV:

Thank god. I thought he might keep me hostage. He may be a killer, but he's not like those men. I'll be able to go home, watch Netflix and sleep in for the next days, all thanks to him. I open my eyes and smile at him.

"Could you guide me to the car? I don't know where it is."

He nods, stands up and reaches out a hand to help me up as well. I blush slightly at this kind gesture and take his hand. It's so big, he could snap my wrist if he wanted too.

We made our way out of the cabin and through the woods. I followed him, trying to keep up with his walking pace as best as I could. Several minutes later the other cabins came into view. I was happy to see the car, but also felt resentment. Not even a day has passed of me being trapped in that thing. It is however my only way out of here without walking for miles or hitchhiking. God knows I have enough of strangers for now. I checked and the key was still in the ignition. Finally some luck on my side. T turn around to look at my savior. He stood a few feet behind me, curiously watching my every move.

"I'll never forget what you did for me. Thanks." I waved and got into the car. He stood there saying nothing. I wasn't expecting anything else at this point. I smiled, started the car and drove away. I watched the giant in the rear mirror become smaller and smaller till I turned around a corner.

The car disappeared behind the trees. After a few more minutes the sound of the engine was gone and the silence returned to Camp Crystal Lake.

Jasons POV:

Now that she's gone I can finally go back to my normal life. Although I have to admit that it was intriguing to have her around. Oddly enough I don't feel that good. My heart started hurting a few minutes ago. I'll probably need some rest after all this turmoil. Surely everything will be fine then.

AN:

Holy shit this thing is long!

That's what she said.

Seriously brain? That joke is so overused.

I don't care.

Anyway I hope you liked the story so far. It's not the end, there will be more :) The next chapters will be shorter though.
