"Good morning, Charlotte.." Said Luca, wrapping his hands around my waist.
"Morning!" I giggled, nearly spilling my coffee.
He started to kiss the back of my neck, which he knew full well tickled me.
"Stop!" I laughed, having to put my coffee down.
I turned around to face him and kissed the end of his nose. His bed hair was adorable. His blonde tufts stuck out everywhere at random parts of his hair.
"I'm going for a shower. I'll be back in a few minutes." He smiled, walking into the bathroom.
God, Luca was gorgeous. He had blonde, thick hair, and it was scruffy. Not messy, but not neat. He had beautiful brown eyes, that would make you just melt at the sight of them. He was tanned. But hey, who wouldn't be? This is Australia.
Luca was much, much taller than me. He was about 6'5". I'm super short. About 5'3". It's funny when I'm with him with other people. We're complete opposites in the looks department.
I honestly don't see how he is attracted to me. I have long, black hair. about to my waist. I have grey-ish eyes. I hate my eyes so much. I wish I had Luca's.
Suddenly, the phone rang. It was Summer.
"Hi, Charlotte!" Sang Summer down the phone line. "Don't forget about the barbecue!"
I laughed. "How can I not forget? You're always babbling on about it!"
I could tell she was smiling by the way she was talking. "Just reminding you! Anyways, Derek told me to tell you that it starts at 6."
"Thanks, Summer. See you soon!" I said, putting down the phone as Luca came back out of the bathroom.
"Who was that?" He asked, a towel around his waist.
"Summer. Reminding me AGAIN about the barbecue tonight." I said, sipping my now-cold coffee.
I couldn't help but stare at his abs. And his v-line, oh my God.
He caught me staring and smirked, pouring some orange juice into a cup.
"Take a picture, it lasts longer." He said, smiling at me.
"I can't help it! You chose to wear the towel like that..." I protested.
He came over to me and kissed my cheek.
"I've got a surprise for you tonight.." He whispered.
Fuck, that man sent shivers down my spine.
Ugh.
He winked at me before sloping off to his bedroom to get changed.
Luca is such a tease.
I decided to get dressed, so I slipped on my swimming costume, before then deciding to wear my red shorts and my striped grey and blue shirt.
I could already feel that today would be a good day.
