THE OTHER UCHIHA (KAKASHI LOVE STORY)

CHAPTER 8

It had been about a week or so now since the ordeal with Kakashi at dinner, during that time, I trained Sasuke after our missions to teach him a new jutsu like I promised, and did all that I could to distance myself from Kakashi, but of course trying to not make it too obvious. But luckily today, I had a day off. I decided I would walk around the village with it being a nice afternoon and try and figure out my next move. I continued to walk around until I noticed that all too familiar gravity defying white hair; it was Kakashi, walking with Iruka.

I wonder what those two are up to, I thought, so I began to follow them and listen in on their conversation.

“So Kakashi, what did you want to talk about?” Iruka asked.

“It’s about Sonya, she’s been avoiding me.” Kakashi said.

I guess it was obvious, I thought to myself as I sweat dropped.

“Avoiding you, what do you mean?” Iruka asked.

Kakashi then stopped walking and turned around in my direction; I quickly hide myself behind a wall hoping he didn’t notice me.

“What is it?” Iruka asked.

“It’s nothing, come on.” Kakashi said.

I then continued to follow them, stopping in a tree and hiding my presence as they both stopped and sat down on a park bench.

“I just don’t know what to do Iruka, one minute she’s her normal self, and the next she’s totally different, I’m worried about her Iruka.” Kakashi said with strain in his voice.        

“When would you say she stared acting differently?” Iruka asked.

“Since the night I had dinner at her place.” Kakashi said.

“Did anything happen between you two?” Iruka asked.

“Well, when I gave her the flowers like you and Asuma suggested, she said they were beautiful, but I said not as beautiful as her, she blushed. The only other thing I can think of was when I kissed her on the cheek before I left.” Kakashi said.

I suddenly blushed at the memory of Kakashi kissing my cheek, and cursed at myself mentally for thinking about it.

“What did she do after you kissed her?” Iruka asked.

“Nothing, she just stood there not saying anything.” Kakashi said while letting out a sigh.

“You really care about her don’t you?” Iruka asked with sympathy in his voice.

“More than anything.” Kakashi said.

“Well go find her then and tell her how you feel.” Iruka said reassuringly.

“Now?” Kakashi asked.

“Yes now.” He said as he slightly chuckled getting up with Kakashi who stood up as well.

Oh crap, looks like that means it’s my cue to leave. I thought as I quickly made the hand signs and poofed away, reappearing at the Uchiha compound training grounds area.

I walked over to a tree and slid down the back of the trunk, thinking about taking a nap, I began to slowly close my eyes until a kunai was throne my way, I quickly activated my Sharingan and caught the kunai, throwing it back towards the area it came from.

“Looks like you haven’t lost your touch after all, Sonya.” Hanako my best friend said while coming out from behind a tree with Yuki.

I deactivated my Sharingan and smirked, “Did you forget who you’re talking to?” I asked while walking over to her and giving her a hug.
