"Annabeth, congrats! You should tell Percy! Call him now!" I sigh but pick up the phone. "Percy, I need to tell you that I'm-" "Annabeth, can't this wait? I'm kind of in the middle of lunch." "Oh, so your tuna sandwich is more important than my pregnancy?" I hear silence. I huff. "Of course you want to eat your tuna. I'll leave you to it." "Wait, Annabeth! I'm coming home right now!" I sigh and hang up. I look at Thalia and she opens her arms to hug me. We hug for about five minutes when Percy comes in. "Annabeth, I'm so sorry." Tears stream down his face. "I'm so sorry." He enfolds me in his arms and I kiss his cheek. "It's ok, Percy. I also got an architect job." "Good job, Annabeth. I love you." "I love you too." "These next months are going to be hard." "Most definitely. But I have you with me, Percy."
SKIP TO WATER BREAKING
I was watching TV one day when my water broke. "Percy! My water broke!" I yell. He helps me up and drives me to the hospital. "Sir, you cannot come in the room." They say to Percy. He frowns but I try to smile and say "Percy, I'll be fine." He nods and sits down on a chair. I am wheeled to a room and I am settled on a bed. A wave of pain comes and I grit my teeth.
