Rick Is A Friend (Rick Sanchez x Reader)

A New Dimension

It felt odd my body was transplanted across dimensions. I felt different. I looked around me to see where I was and the floor was pink and there were rainbow trees everywhere. I was still being dragged by Morty so a couple of times while I was admiring this planet I was nearly pulled over.

Rick was ahead of us. He was walking in the distance, quite slowly so we could catch up to him.

"H-Hurry up slowpokes." Rick laughed as he walked faster so we would hurry up.

We were running after him until he just came to a stop.

I was still admiring the world so I didn't realise that he has stopped and so I crashed into him.

I felt like I fell to the floor in slow motion. My whole body was aching. Blood was pouring from my nose. It was everywhere.

Rick got a napkin out of his lab coat pocket and wiped my nose until it stopped bleeding. He then picked me up and carried me to this odd looking building.

"Hey (Y-Y/N) it looks like your nose is broken. B-But don't worry they have an alien hospital here so you s-should be f-fine" Rick said as he looked down at me to make sure I was still ok.

"H-Hey Rick. We will still g-get ice cream?" Morty asked.

"Yes M-Morty but (Y/N) is in a lot of pain right now errghrp so it'll h-have to wait." Rick said as he signed into the hospital, with me still in his arms.

~Timeskip to when the surgery is done~

"Ok the surgery is done. Her arms and legs were slightly dislocated so I fixed them up to" Said Dr Phil as he looked at me then Rick.

"T-Thanks" Rick said as he handed the doctor some schmeckles.

I slowly stood up, it felt odd to be on my feet again after 4 hours.

I followed Rick out of the hospital with Morty by my side. A couple times I nearly fell over because I still wasn't used to walking again.

As we were heading to go get ice cream. Morty looked at me then back at Rick then back at me, until he eventually said

"H-Hey Rick why didn't you just go through a portal and get some medicine like t-that?"

Rick turned around and just stared at Morty with this are you serious face.

"Morty that wouldn't w-work, it may be bad and could k-kill (Y/N)." Rick said while giving Morty an evil stare.

I didn't want to say anything because this was obviously something that had happened between them previously so I didn't want to but in.
