My story {Part 8}

Vylad's POV

"I-I'm sorry..." I said my voice cracking.

"Why?" He whispered.

I just looked at him. Tears falling from my eyes.

"I said...WHY!?!?! Was I just not good enough. Do you hate me? WHY!? Answer me dammit!!!" I didn't answer him which made him angrier.

He shoved me to the bed and walks toward the door. His hand on the handle before he turns around.

"I never loved you anyway. I hope you burn in hell." He said.

He went out and slammed the door.

"To protect you." I finally said to myself.

'I'm sorry' I thought to myself.

Dante's POV

I went outside and saw a few new people Zane greeting two of them.

'Kinda late to show up now don't ya think...' I thought to myself obviously angry.

I walked up to them with my hands in my pocket.

"Dante! Long time no see! Remember us. Haven't seen you since high school." The dude said. I looked up and saw him.

It was ein. His arm was around a shorter boy. I looked around and saw the sweet meif'wa himself, kai.

I said hello to the two and asked what was up between them.

"Well you see after Aphmau left, Kai kinda saw the mood I was in and he talked to me. We started hanging out more often but after we finished school we he had to go our separate ways. I loved him but I thought we weren't meant to be. But when I went for a trip with my friends I found Kai again. It took time but I finally talked to him again. I finally confessed my love for him and he did to. I asked him out and he said yes. We have been dating for actually a few months." Ein explained.

I smiled and nodded.

"Dante! I heard about your relationship with Vylad!" Kai exclaimed.

"O-oh...um....actually we broke up." I answered a bit quietly.

Apparently Zane heard and he  excused himself from Travis. He walked toward me and pulled my ear to the cabins.

"Did you do it or did he?" He started.

"He did."

"What? Did you say anything? Travis said you can get out of hand when your mad."

"I didn't say anything. I just left."

"Think back Dante. Think back."

"I...I...I said that...I-I never loved him. A-and I hope he burns in hell......no I didn't mean that" I said and ran toward the cabin Vylad and Sheryl was in.

I opened the door and heard Sheryl crying in bed.

"Shhh... Sheryl daddy is here...where's mommy?" I asked.

She shook her head and I picked her up cradling her. I'm guessing Vylad heard Sheryl's sobs die down that he walked out the bathroom with red puffy eyes that proved that he has been crying and red stains on his arm. I notice what he did and when he saw me he went back Into the bathroom locking the door.

"Hey Sheryl give mommy and daddy some alone time? Go to auntie zane okay?" I said and she nodded going outside.

I  went toward the bathroom door and knocked.
