"Excuse me, I was wondering if you would be able to direct me to Dr. Cuddy's office?" Wavy, brown hair swept over the woman's shoulder at she leant towards the front desk at the Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital. The tapping of a keyboard stopped as the delicate looking woman behind the desk raised her hand to shift her glasses closer towards her eyes, her cheeks lifting to form a friendly smile.
"Of course, her office is located across from the clinic on the second floor. May I ask the reason for the visit?"
"Oh I'm the new oncologist, I was told to report to Dr. Cuddy first thing"
"In that case, welcome to Plainsboro."
"Thank you," dark pink lips reciprocated the smile. The slender woman turned on her heel towards the stairs, when she was stopped by a gentle tap on her shoulder. She turned to observe a brunette man with an uncertain look on his face.
"I'm sorry I couldn't help but overhear you saying you're the new oncologist"
The woman nods her head and replies with a quick yes.
"My names James Wilson and I'm the head of the oncology department"
"Well, I'm glad to meet you Dr. Wilson," now smiling the woman extends her hand towards the other doctor, "My name is Alexandra Cuddy."
Wilson swiftly places his hand within hers, "It's a pleasure to meet you. Would you mind if I escorted you to Dr. Cuddy's office?"
"That would be lovely, thank you Dr. Wilson"

"Is there a reason you are in my office right now House?" Cuddy doesn't lift her head from her work, as the man in questions lounges on her sofa twirling his cane.
"I want to meet the new doctor"
"When have you ever cared about new employees?"
"Since they became your sister, and as a friendly co-worker I would like to ensure that she receives a proper welcome"
Cuddy just scoffs. "Oh please, you want to know if she is good looking don't you?"
"You insult me. I am simply curious and if she is good looking then that's just icing on the cake isn't it?"
"Well you don't have to wait long. She's standing outside"
Turning to look to the glass doors, House observes the two people standing and conversing with one another.
"Well it looks like Wilson has made the first move"
Cuddy shifts her head to glance out the door as she responds, "Yes well I would actually believe Wilson if he said he is just extending a friendly greeting."
"Yes well I do have to say your family seems to have impeccable genes." House's eyes roam the back of the figure, "Nice curves, slim waist and killer legs. Pity you didn't get those Cuddy"
"Careful House, remember you are talking about my sister"
"Of course my apologies. Oh look they're walking towards the door. Brunette hair, high cheekbones"
The doors swing open and the laughing woman reaches for the door handle with her head turned towards her companion.
"Bonus points if she has blue eyes"
