Chapter 1 ::The strange girl in the snow::

Two girls walked in the snowy forest, one had jet black hair that flowed down to her mid back, she had wide violet eyes, and she had many piercings. She was wrapped in a purple coat that had black fur poking out from the bottom of the sleeves and hood, she wore black pants and black boots. The girl's arm was looped through the other girl's arm. She had pale blonde hair that stopped below her shoulders and covered her left eye, she had grey eyes that were slightly glazed over and didn't zero on anything in particular. She wore a pale blue coat, brown pants, yellow gloves, and blue boots. She had one arm loop with the black haired girl's and the other gripped the girl's hand. Both had bags full of food on there backs.

"But really Serena-san, You shouldn't just do things like that! You could have been hurt!" The girl in purple scolded her superior, hoping that it would stop making her be so reckless sometimes.

"Yuki, I can take care of myself! Don't worry, I'm not captain for no reason" the other responed with a chuckle but Yuki only sighed back at her.

"I think Hunter should have gone to get the food, he could carry a lot more then we can!" Yuki would never dare to whine to another superior, only to Serena.

They contiuned to walk to their village while having small talk, causally laughing at nothing. Suddenly Serena stopped.

"Serena-sama are you alright?" Yuki questioned, but she stopped short when the smell of blood wavered over to them.

Not needing to explain Serena pulled Yuki along to where she sensed a body. The smell of blood got thicker, almost choking Yuki.

They walked up to a laying figure. Yuki saw it was a girl, she had red hair that blended into the blood stained snow, she was unhealthly pale, and it seemed like she wasn't breathing. Yuki gasped seeing the bloody sight, she look closer to see that her torso was sticking up more then the rest of her body. 'maybe she's laying on a rock?' she thought and hoped

"yuki," Serena called out to her, the girl in question stopped and turned to her, "Take your potion to the village get some help from Hunter-kun, We're going to need his help" Serena ordered setting her bag on the ground and sat herself new the bloody girl.

"I can't-" Yuki stuttered out but stopped herself 'I can't say no, she is captian' she let out a sigh and nodded "Yes captain!"

"Go now Yuki, quickly!"

Yuki nodded and started sprintng to the village. Once in the gates of the Snow Village, she pushd herself faster, As she ran she saw her brother with another nin talking to a farmer, probably trying to see if any help was needed, down the road.

"Hunter! Hunter I need your help!" She shouted running over to them. She finally reached them slightly out of breath the three men stared at her weirdly.

"Yuki? What's wrong did something happen?!" Hunter asked worried as he check over her to see if she had any injuries while looking her companion. "Where's Serena?"

"She's fine, but I need your help. Here take this." She said to her younger brother while handing the farmer the bag of food. "Please follow me!" she pleaded to him and the ninga beside him.

They both nodded and they took off to where she left the Serena and the dying girl
