TODAY AND EVERYDAY

I saw you enter the cafe today with your usual get up; white shirt and shoes.

Slow motion occurs while you're making your way, everything freezes when you strike a pose.

One smile from you, one glance from you, I lose.

I lose all my saneness while watching you.

Maybe things pass by and everything goes. No one cares about when, why, where and who. What matters is you're here and I'm here, too. Staring at each other because that's all we can do for now.

That's all we can do.

In time, maybe, we'll eventually fall. But not now, not today, or tomorrow; maybe soon, when our hearts are free from all sorrow.
