Chapter 7: Kidnapped
Isak's POV
He was staring straight into my eyes. Did he want something from me? My eyes drifted from his eyes to his hair. It looked so fluffy and so touchable.
My thoughts were soon interrupted by his voice, "Um...so tell me again why your here?"
I shook my head quickly, I guess I was having one of those idk moments. I then said, "oh I was on my way to the kitchen..."
"So then explain why you were hiding behind the bookshelf." He said.
"Umm..." I really wasn't sure what to say.
I guess it was obvious that I didn't have an answer because he then said, "alright go up, you better not let me find you down here again." He signaled me away from him.
I just froze. His dreamy eyes where just staring at me. I decided to play dumb. "Quick question," I tired asking, "how do I get back to the kitchen?"
He rolled his beautiful blue eyes and told me to follow him.
We followed the exact steps the guy in the room told me to follow. It was kind of awkward walking with him so I decided to ask some more questions.
"So," I started, "what's your name?"
He looked confused. As if he was debating weather to give me his name or not.
"I guess for now you can call me Even." He said quietly. "So how much of that conversation did you hear?"
"What conversation? All I heard was 'so if you have any questions or concerns talk to me.'" And to be honest I have no idea what that meant. But now I know if I need something I'll talk to Chris about it." I said with a smile on my face.
We soon reached the top of the stairs. He told me this is where he'd stop. "Just go down this hall and you'll find yourself in the kitchen."
"See you around?" I asked.
He winked and walked away.
Oh shit did I just get a wink
OMFG I DID JUST GET A WINK
okay no I guess it's not so bad that I'm living here.
And soon enough I did find my way back to kitchen. I couldn't stop smiling. I also couldn't get the name Even out of my head.
