John sits in this rocking chair as he waits for his family to come back to life.
There was a loud knock at johns door, the knocking got louder and louder with every second he waited to open the door. John quickly got up and opened the door to find Sgt Major Morris standing there holding missing persons pictures.

" is this your little girl and wife?" Morris asks
John replays almost in tears " yes that is, they've been dead for a few weeks"

" can I come in?" Asks Morris, they walk over to the couch and they sit down. " this is hard for me to tell you but...." Morris pauses " what's in that box on the table?" John looks at the box and his heart beats faster then before. " a monkeys paw. Would you like it? It's caused nothing but trouble" john slides it over to Morris.
" what does it do? " asks Morris curiously. I'm
" well..... you'll have to read the instructions." John sighed a sits back lighting a cigar looking at the missing persons pictures. " why are you here? Why are they missing persons?" He asked.
" well you see....." Morris stuttered " there graves were robbed, we found one body but the other is gone. " Morris  muttered out, looking down.

John drops everything and stares at Morris " so you mean my wish came true? There Alive?!" He yelled

" no john I am sorry, some grave robber took there body's they left a trail of body parts and clothing, they were dragged... your daughter is still there but mangled" he sighed.

Tears rolled down johns face as he wished for death, he wanted to die so badly now to be with his family. " thank you sgt morris, you should be on your way now and take that monkeys paw please, and be careful with it"

He showed Morris to the door and he shut it behind him.

John walked over to his shed and grabbed a gun and a rope.
" I wish to be dead, I wish I wish to be dead" he ties the rope to the roof, got up on the stool...
