FTMand F2M are acronyms used to describe female to male transgender individuals. Transmen/Transman is also used to describe this.
MTFand M2F are acronyms used to describe male to female transgender individuals. Transwomen/Transwoman is also used to describe this.
AFABis an acronym used to describe people who were assigned female at birth. Alternate versions of this are DFAB(designated female at birth) and FAAB(female assigned at birth)
AMAB is an acronym used to describe people who were assigned male at birth. Alternate versions of this are DMAB(designated male at birth) and MAAB (male assigned at birth)
