Rules
1. No cheats. You can use free real estate to get yourself a good house to throw parties in I guess. Since money isn't the objective, it won't matter how much you start with or have during the challenge.
2. Only 1 sim allowed in the household. Can be male or female and must have the Friend of the World aspiration. That sim must look "punk" and have traits that don't relate to being social in a good way. I think it'd be best if you start with the Mean trait.
3. You have to go out to make friends. It'd be easy to just stay home and invite passerbys inside. So you need to go out of your comfort zone to make friends. Head to local spots and find friends there.
4. Marriage and kids are allowed if you want to go in that direction. But you must be Halfway to preppy first. (Completed stage 1 and 2 of Friend of the World)
5. You aren't allowed to use your cellphone until you have 10 friends. Just to make it a little interesting I guess.
6. You can not throw parties until Stage 3 is done and can not attend any until Stage 2 is done.
7. Can't make friends with Adults or Elderlys until Stage 3 is complete. They find you intimidating and a bit of a delinquent looker. But with changed traits, they start to come around.
