♫: Taylor Swift - Enchanted

Jungkook sighed.
I wish I was a vampire.
The thought had never crossed Jungkook's mind until today. If he was a vampire, then he wouldn't have to stay away from Taehyung. He couldn't help but pathetically wonder whether Taehyung knew any other attractive vampires. Heck, Jungkook didn't know much about the elder's vampire life at all. Jungkook could only imagine how other vampires would throw themselves at the blond. He couldn't blame them.
The brunet wondered how the person Taehyung would end up with would look like. They would be tall and have the perfect body, with lush hair, and slender fingers which would wrap around Taehyung's. They could live together forever, happily, and have beautiful vampire children.
Jungkook lay curled up in his bed, hugging his knees to his chest. His hair fell across his face, the tips drenched with his tears. Soft sobs escaped his mouth every few seconds. He hugged his knees tighter to his chest as tears streamed down his face at the thought of the blond.
His messy dark blond hair.
His brown eyes which seemed to hold several emotions at once.
His indifferent, yet endearing personality.
The way he cared about Jungkook.
The way he held Jungkook's hand as if he wouldn't let go.
But he did.
Jungkook shut his eyes tightly, not wanting to think of the blond.
He couldn't deny his attraction to Taehyung. The brunet wondered why the universe was cruel enough to separate the two after giving him the time to memorize the specks of gold in his eyes, the color of his hair when the sun hit it just right, the rush of pink when he bit his lip in thought.
Jungkook let out an exasperated sigh as he got up quickly, resting his back against his headboard. He grabbed his pillow, clutching it tightly to his chest. He just couldn't stop thinking about Taehyung, and it was driving him crazy.
Memories flashed in his mind, of all the times they spent together. Their visits to Taehyung's special place, which he chose to share with Jungkook, and their childish banters, which never failed to make them laugh.
Jungkook realised how he had so much more to be happy about when he was with Taehyung. The blond brought every possible emotion out of Jungkook. He was the reason Jungkook would laugh, and cry, and blush, and smile to himself before he fell asleep.
And now, it was all over.
He didn't even get a chance to tell Taehyung how much he meant to him.
If only Taehyung would surprise the younger the next time they met at school by telling him that it was all a joke, a cruel one nonetheless. If only he would tell him that Jungkook meant so much to him as well.
Jungkook brought the pillow to his face, and screamed into it, the pillow drowning out the sound of his voice.
Pulling away from the pillow, breathing heavily, he slowly lifted his left arm so he could see the palm of his hand. It was covered in tiny dots he had made with a sharpie. He patted his bed beside him until his fingers came across the plastic body of his marker.
Uncapping it, he pursed his lips as he drew the outline of a circle and then coloured it in on his palm, along with numerous others covering the surface of his hand.
Jungkook collapsed back on his bed. He was frustrated. He had to let go of his feelings. This was life or death for Taehyung. He couldn't be selfish like he was all along. He had to do this if he truly cared for the vampire.
