It was early in the the morning and on a weekend and she had no idea why she was awake but Ayaka woke up before any of the brothers and went downstairs where she was greeted by her mother.
The two had a nice conversation about small things. Although the girl talk was nice, Ayaka still had a burning question.
"Mommy, it's the brother's birthday today, right?" Ayaka asked as she took a bite of her toast. Her mother looked at the calendar and nodded.
"Why yes it is" she smiled "Why don't you do something special for them?" Her mother asked as she took Ayaka's plate.
"That's a good idea! Thanks mommy!" Ayaka smiled with excitement and hugged her mother.
After she got dressed, Ayaka decided it would be best to visit Todoko in order to keep her surprise a secret for the brothers. The walk was long and boring but it didn't matter to Ayaka cause if it's for her brothers, she'll do anything. But she refused to publicly admit it.
"Miss Todoko-chan!!" Ayaka called out as she approached her parents fish shop.
Todoko stopped what she was doing and turned to the voice who was calling her. She gave a soft smile as she saw the small girl run towards her with her red backpack.
"Ah, Ayaka-chan!" She said and gave the child a small hug "What brings you here? Where your brothers being weird again?"
Ayaka let a small giggle out. She had kind of a history of coming over when her brothers are drunk. But being the sweet, innocent child Ayaka is, she did not know what drunk meant so every time she would just tell Todoko that they were acting weird.
"No, no nothing like that, Miss Todoko-chan" Ayaka smiled "I was wondering if you could help me with something" she explained as she took off her backpack
"What is it?" Todoko asked as Ayaka rustled trough her bag and pulled out colourful paper and crayons.
"I need help making cards for them" Ayaka said as she put on her best puppy gave. "Pwetty pwease?" She said in a childish voice.
Todoko bite her lip in thought but then sighed and agreed as Ayaka let out a cheer.
"Let's take this to my room first"

After all six, colourful cards were finished, each one colour coded for the bothers. The two girls began to walk to the Matsuno residence. Somehow, someway Ayaka got Todoko to come. Once they became a few feet from the house, they could already hear the brothers celebrating.
"Come on, Miss Todoko-chan! We're gonna miss the party!" Ayaka said as she grabbed Todoko's hand and ran with her to the house.
Not even a minute as they stepped into the living room, Ayaka was attacked in a hug by the yellow Matsuno.
"Hahaha! Ayaka-chan's home!" Jyushimatsu laughed as he hugged his only little sister tightly.
"J-Jyushi nii-san! C-can't breath!" Ayaka choked out as Jyushimatsu put her down, apologizing.
The other brothers laughed before their attention averted to Tokodo. She smiled, feeling all the attention on her.
"Happy birthday you NEETs!" She smiled with a wink making all of them melt.
"I didn't know I was going to lose my virginity for my brithday" Osomatsu said as he crept up behind Todoko.
"Don't get cocky you stupid pervert!" Todoko yelled as she punched him in the face. (Choromatsu obviously cover Ayaka's ears)
"Oh yeah! I made something for you guys!" Ayaka smiled as she shuffled through her bag and pulled out six cards
"Happy birthday!" She smiled as the brothers opened the cards. They all had messy writing and pretty hearts, cut out and drawn.
"Ayaka-chan? Did you make these?" Totty asked as he's eyes watered from the cuteness. Ayaka gave a bright smile and nodded.
"Yup! Even Miss Todoko-chan help!" Ayaka said as she pointed at Todoko. The brothers were silent for a moment...maybe too long.
"A-are they bad? Did we mess up?!" Ayaka asked in panic with Todoko behind her trying to calm her down.
The brothers all went over to hug Ayaka with tears in their eyes.
"It's so cute! Thank you Ayaka-chan!"
"Such a wonderful gift from such a wonderful sister as you! Thank you my princess!"
"This is as great as meeting Nyaa-chan! Thank you!"
"....It's very....cute. Thanks"
"SO PRETTY! Thank you Ayaka-chan!"
"I need to let all my followers know! Thank you you two!"
Ayaka and Todoko smiled and laughed.
"Happy birthday!!"
