Nightmares

" Come on Lauren, lets play a game." "No daddy, I don't like your games". "I SAID LET'S PLAY A GAME YOU STUPID LITTLE COW!"
He picked me up by my arm and flung me across the room. I banged my head, bashing in to a wall and I could feel the pain searing through my skull but I couldn't say anything. Daddy would get mad.
He did all sorts of horrible things to me, hit me, sliced open my arm with a broken beer bottle, touched my privates. I started screaming because he was hurting me. "OUCHHH DADDY STOP!!" I screamed.

I woke up with a start, sweating and then I started crying hardly. How could he do that? why would he do that to his own daughter?!
" Baby girl what's wrong?!" Demi said worriedly
"Just a nightmare, nothing to worry about"
"Of course it's something to worry about, you're crying sweetie. Do you want to talk about it?"
I shook my head. I can't have her think I'm any more of a freak.
"Sing to me please?"
"Of course sweetheart"

I've gotta get this off my chest and let it go
I need to take back the light inside you stole
Your a criminal and you steal like you're a pro

I didn't hear the rest of it as my eyes were heavy and started drooping, soon enough I was sleeping soundly.

(A/N: hey guys sorry I've been busy with school and stuff but here's two short chapters :3 hope you like them.
