Chapter 13

"What are you dong here Luke?" I asked, literally in tears I couldn't even believe this was happening.

"Well I wasn't going to miss your birthday now was I? Now come here!" He grinned and opened his arms signalling me to give him a hug. I ran over to him and hugged him so tight. I buried my head into his chest and I never wanted to let him go. He whispered into my ear "I missed you so much Abi its crazy." I could hear in his voice that he was starting to well up.

"I missed you too Luke" I looked up and grinned and he kissed my cheek. I broke away from the hug and I looked behind him and Jai was stood there with a frown on his face and looking down at the floor. I walked over to him and lifted his chin up so he was looking directly at me. I kissed his cheek and brought him in for a tight hug. At first he seemed a bit taken back but he then loosened into it and hugged me tighter.

"I missed you too Jai" I giggled and he looked at me and said "really?"

"Of course I did you big idiot" He grinned at me and chuckled.

"Don't tell Luke this but you're the hotter twin" I smirked and winked at Luke. He looked at me and pouted and shook his head. I chuckled and Jai was just smirking at him.

Suddenly Luke shouted "Presents!!!!!!" And ran into the house, I followed him and pulled Jai with me. I showed Luke and Jai my presents but that's when I realised there was no venue on the tickets it was replaced with 'Secret Location' I was really confused, why didn't my mum want me to know where the concert is.

Luke pulled me into the seat next to him and Jai sat next to me. Luke insisted he was going to give me his present first so he passed me one of the gifts from his bag and it was a box. I opened it up and there were a pair of floral doc martins and a flannel, they were the ones I have been wanting for ages. I then opened up the next one and it was a pair of amazing high heels that match my new dress perfectly. Another one was handed to me and I opened it and it was a dirty pig hoodie. I chuckled and shook my head and thanked him.

"Wait there's one more" I furrowed my eyebrows and he pulled out a little gift bag that had the name of the charm bracelet I have. I opened it up and on the charm was a love heart with tiny crystals around the outside of it. I hugged him tight and thanked him over and over again.

Suddenly I felt two arms pull me away from the hug and Jai stood up and held his hand for me to grab and I took it. Jai made the signal with his hand for 5 minutes and everyone looked confused even me. But Luke just looked angry and was giving Jai death glares.

Jai pulled me into the kitchen and shut the door.

"So Abi I wanted to get you this because I want to show you how much I care for you" I looked up at him confused and he chuckled. He came and sat by me on the kitchen table and pulled out a tiffany's bag. "Open it" He told me with a smile on his face. I nodded and started to untie the ribbon on the giftbag and pulled out the box inside.

"Before you open this, I want to tell you something." He took in a deep breath and continued. "I know how much you like Luke and I will never be able to get over that. But everytime I look into your eyes I fall for you harder and harder. I'm not telling you not to be with Luke but I just want you to know that I will always love you know matter what. When we were here a couple of months ago I loved getting to know you and I learned how much of an amazing person you are. So I got you this so you always remember."

I opened up the box and it was a letter J charm on a necklace. "Look at the back" I turned it over and read the engraving on it...

I was starting to well up I felt really bad because I had no idea that he liked me like this. "Even if I get a girlfriend there will always be a place in my heart for you"

I hugged him tight and started to cry. He looked at me and said in a hushed tone "Please don't cry"

"Its just no one has ever said anything like that ever" He looked up gave me a smile and stood up and took my hand.

"Well we better go and see everyone including Luke. I'm sure he's going to kill me but oh well" I laughed softly and we walked into the living room to see a very pissed off looking Luke.
