~Vylad's Pov~
I wake up in Shadow's house. YN is crying. She must have saw me kiss Ari. I needed to protect her a Shadow Knight can't love. I don't want Zenix and Gene to hunt her down. I want her to be safe. I don't want her killed. I love her with all my heart, there going to question me I'll have to lie. Remember Vylad this is to keep YN safe.

"WHY DID YOU CHEAT ON YN" Shadow shouted.

"Because I don't love her" I lie.

"GET OUT AND STAY OUT AND AWAY FROM ME AND YN" Shadow boomed. I nod and walk out. I run to the docks tears spilling down my cheeks. Once I make it I sit down and cry silently. Someone comes up behind me.

"Vylad" the voice asked it was a female's voice.

"Go away" I snap.

"No, I won't I want to ask you something" the girl says and sits down next to me.

"Look at me please" she pleaded I did as told. It was Aphmau.

"Why did you cheat on YN don't tell me what you told Shadow cause that's a lie" she orders.

"I I love her" I sob.

"Then why did you kiss Ari" she asked. I wipe away the tears and take a deep breath.

"To protect her, A Shadow Knight can't love, if I do they will capture YN and but her in pain and I couldn't just break up with her I can't look into the beautiful EC eyes of hers" I said.

"Why didn't you tell this to Shadow" she asked.

"YN was in there and we would of fought and Aph don't tell anyone the real reason cause if YN finds out I'll be dead" I say.

"Okay will do" she says.

~Aphmau's Pov~
Awwwwww! He is trying to protect her not rip her heart apart because this break up his hard on him too. I understand where he is coming from but he should tell YN and it's not my right to tell YN. He will do it eventually I hope.

~Third Person Pov~
Shadow invites Ari over to help cheer up YN. Vylad sits at the docks and cry. Everything, is falling apart for Vylad all to protect this one girl. Is the pain worth her safety? He thinks. Shadow and Ari give YN her favorite ice cream flavor. As they have a good time. Vylad sits alone in pain on a dock singing songs of sorrow.

~Time Skip to the next day~

~YN's Pov~
I ended you having a good time and I also slept over. When I wake up I see Shadow made blueberry pancakes.

"YN I have a training spot in the woods want to go train" Shadow asked.

"Yes" I say. I eat the pancakes real fast. Then we go out to train it was amazing. She had a duel mat. Training dummies, Sword, Battle axes and all of this gets stored away a night. This is so cool. We train for hours and hours. Today was a good day I forgot all about Vylad.
