JADES POV

I waited in the football field for what seemed liked 3 hours, but was probably just an hour and a half.

I sat on the very top of the bleachers to watch Trenton play football. I fell asleep when Trenton had made a touchdown or something.  I'm not really a football fan. I guess the game was over because Trenton had woken me up and was ready to go. His cheeks were tinted pink and his blond hair was stuck to his forehead from the shower he took.

"Jade," Trenton says, "do you want to go?" I get up from my position when I hear him mention about leaving. "Hell yeah!" I say while grabbing my stuff. As a I'm going down the bleachers, I hear Trenton chuckle to himself behind me.

The ride home was silent. I didn't like it. "So...how was the game?" I ask trying to evaporate the silence. "Good." Was all he said.

I couldn't take the silence so I turned on the radio. The song 'feel so close' by Calvin Harris played. I put my head against the window and started singing lightly to the music. To my left I can hear Trenton singing along to the song as well.

Then, we both bursted out singing — I wouldn't even call it singing actually; more like yelling at the top of our lungs.

Once the song was over we were back to the silence, but the only different was our panting breaths. "So....how about we go to Burger King?" I say with a smile in my tone. Trenton looks at me and starts laughing hysterically. I look at him and really look at him. He has a crinkle by his eye when he laughs, but it makes him look more friendly. He has a perfect dimple by his mouth when he smiles. I just can't help but to laugh with him.

After we were done laughing like mad men, we went to the drive through for Burger King. "Do you want to go to your house and watch movies or mine?" Trenton ask while shoving a hamburger in his mouth. "Hm..yours." I say with a smile.

"Are you just saying that because I have a big TV, or because my parents aren't home?" He says then winks at me. "No! God Trent." I say and playfully hit his arm. "No, I want to go to your house because you have ice cream." I say while looking through the window. "Wait, your mom didn't buy ice cream?" He scoffs in disbelief. "Yeah!" I say and then we both start laughing.

Me and Trenton have been sitting in his couch eating ice cream, and four boxes of pizza. We've been watching romantic movies because I was in a mood to. "So...." I say after we finished the fifth movie tonight. "Are you going to go home or are you gonna sleep here, because you know my parents won't mind; you're like a daughter to them." Trent says while looking at me. "No, I'm just going to go home and sleep." I say while getting up and hugging Trent and thanking him for tonight. "Your welcome, bye." I smile at him and walk over to the door.

I walk out of the house and go to the house just right of Trenton's; my home. I open my my front door with the key my mom gave me ten years ago. I walk in and instantly lock the door behind me. I don't want an intruder coming in my house. I look around my house and hear nothing. Just silence. I walk through the living room and go to my left and go up a staircase.

I go into my room and lay in my bed. I look at my ceiling and drift off into a deep sleep.
