You'll Pay For It: Jason McCann

Chapter 8

It was 8:30 in the morning and my whole family including me was present in the court.
After 10 minutes the judge arrived and as behind me came the mother fucking bastard Jason McCann dressed in Orange jail dress. He walked by in front of me giving me a death stare like if he could then he would kill me right in the moment.
The police officer made him sit and the judge opened the case.
"Jason McCann you've have been charged a rape of an underage girl." the judge said.
"Pruff!! I haven't raped her. We were just having sex which went a little bit too rough. That's all!!" Jason said trying to be all so innocent.
"But the report giving by the doctor given by the doctor doesn't say that" the lawyer said sarcastically.
"Oh please! You weren't there, after all it was sex and how the fuck you can even determine it over a report!" Jason said pissed.
"Jason these are medical things which you will never get" the lawyer said
"Whatever asshole" Jason said rolling his eyes.
"Mr. McCann!! Watch your language!!!! This is a court room not your drug deal." The judge yelled at Jason.
"Thank you my honor! My honor of you allow so I'd like to call Ann and let her confide everything" The lawyer said.
"Permission granted!." Judge said.
I got up from my place and walked towards the lawyer, I could badly sense the Jason's stare, it was terrible.
"Miss Ann! Please tell the court about that night. About what happened between you too, what he did? Please don't be scared." The lawyer said.
I took a deep breath and uttered everything.
"I was home alone, I was in my kitchen when Jason broke into my house............." I told everything
To the Jury.

As I finished Jason aggressively stood up from his chair and shouted, "That's not true, I didn't do anything of that, I didn't, that's not true, THAT'S NOT TRUE. Let me get out!!!!!!!!" Jason yelled.
"Mr. McCann sit down right now!!! RIGHT NOW!!!" The judge yelled.
Jason sat back in and watched me up to down like he will eat me up and in a way he did.

....After few minutes later....

"After seeing all the proofs against Mr. Jason McCann. I give Jason McCann 4 years jail sentence.
"Nooo!!!!!" Jason said.
After hearing this me and my mom hugged each other. The police started taking Jason with them but Jason asked them to stop for a while in front of me. He looked me up to down and utter...
"You didn't do good to me Ann.
You'll pay for it, you will.
You'll for pay it Ann" Jason said with his gritted teeth.
"We will see bastard" I said as I spit on Jason's face.
"What the fuck? You bitch!!" Jason tried to come at me but the police officer grabbed him hard and took him away.
