His Angel and their queen.

Chapter Two

I woke up to the sound of my alarm and the bright sun shining I to the living room. I stand up and walk to my room to get changed and go look for a job. I pull on a pair of  black shorts, a red tank top and my black vans. Walking to the bathroom to brush my teeth and hair.

I exit my apartment walking to the little café down the road from my place. I enter through the door to be greater by my good friend and the owner Gabriel, "Hey Seraphina! What brings you here?" I sigh and look at him with troubled eyes, "The Lady of Destiny told Cree that once I find my mate I am to take the throne. He didn't like that so he has thrown me out of heaven. Now I am coming to you in search of a job." "Well my lady the job is all yours. If you want you can start today?" I look at him while thinking about it. "Where do yous want me to start?" Then it's his turn to think. After a little but he says "I'll have you be the hostess mostly but when it's not to busy you can help in the kitchen."

So I walk to his office to get my uniform  to change into. Lunch hour came around and the whole café is full and I'm running here and there taking orders and serving food all while also trying to find where to seat people. After a few hours it starts to settle down and I am told to go on break 

I have an hour break so I go back to my apartment real quick to get my textbooks for my college classes I'll be taking. I take my time in walking back because I have time to kill. I walk through the door of the café and set my things at a booth and sit down. I open my first textbook and start to read instantly getting sucked in.

I feel a tap on my shoulder to see Gabriel looking at me smiling, "You don't have to clock back in my lady you worked hard today." I smile up at him s n nod as I turn back to my textbook.
