Chapter 1

Toby's POV

Well fuck me.  My dad is yelling again for some stupid reason.  It was always like this so I was use to it by now.  Before Lyra died she would try take the hits for me but now I don't have her now and I'm lost now.  Well anyway I still need to figure out why he's mad.  I walk down stairs to see my dad drunk and pretty much yelling at nothing now.  Wow what is wrong with him I mean really.  He turned twords me and said "Oh haaaaaay Toby! What's you *hippup* doing?" What the actual fuck.  Just go with it Toby "Nothing" I said flatly.  As well as a glare.  Why did I even say anything!?  Why?!  Might as well go back to my room nothing is really happening right now so yeah.  Before I could even get to the stairs my dad pulled me toward him "Toby your staying down here with me" well we all know where this is going.
----Time Skip----
I hate my dad.  He beat me and then I had an episode.  I then started to hear voices.  I hate them but they keeped me company when I was alone.  The voices would say stuff like: "You will never be loved" "Everyone will hate you" so on so on.  I can't leave them no matter what I do.  I also hate when doctors try to give me something to help them but it never works.  Why do they even try I tell them they won't work but they never listen to me like I'm not there at all.  Well today was just like ever other one the only thing we it was that I felt like I was being watched.

Masky's POV

Wow what a show we have here... A drunk dad and his son.  What does Slender Man see in this boy anyway? He's weak, to small, and he can't even fight.  Maybe I'm being to hard on him cause I mean almost everyone was like that and they turned out fine.  Anyway I need to find out how to get away from the house and to the woods.  I got an idea."Hoodie get over here" "What Masky?" "How do we get him out of the house?" "We could wait till he comes ou-" Well I'll be dammed Toby's out of the house just own luck "Well there he goes" Hoodie says.  I let out a little laugh for some reason.  Toby was walking toward the forest "He just keeps on making this really easy" I say while jumping off the roof.  We follow him into the woods.
