Ah, Monday. First Monday of the school year, to be more precise. Namjoon was walking to school in the morning, his feet on the pavement and mind lost somewhere else. Somewhere with a boy with beautiful, gorgeous, plump lips.Namjoon was really confused. He was pretty sure he was straight, I mean, he has fallen for more than one girl in his life. Then again, he didn't have exactly any problem against homosexuals. But was it really a crush? It was definitely to soon to talk about love. 'But I swear, that hair just look so fluffy.' He thought, a smile appearing on his face without warning. He decided to stop daydreaming and focus in the upcoming classes.
He was already sitting down in his table, reading a book while waiting for the teacher's arrival. The tables were made for two people, but no one was sitting next to him. He was considered a nerd, pretty much. He skipped a couple years, so it wasn't strange that people would start judging. In general, his looks weren't bad. He wore contacts to the party, but Namjoon always wears glasses to school. He liked it that way.
When he was getting to the good part of the book, a light yelp surprised him. "Namjoon?" A voice asked. The boy looked up to see who said that. "Oh my god, thank god you're here. I don't know anybody and I'm getting nervous. Mind if I seat with you?" Jin stumbled. Namjoon was left speechless because a) that was fast and b) oh god, Jin looks better in his normal clothes.
This time he was wearing a white baggy jumper and black jeans. His face was still as breathtaking as last night. Now he looked like a boy though. A handsome boy.
"Um, yeah, of course." Namjoon said after a while. "Thanks. How are you in this class? I thought you were younger than me." He asked taking the empty seat next to the blond boy. "Oh, I skipped some years." He said, trying to sound as humble as possible not to throw the other off. "Really? That's amazing!" Jin was ready to continue chatting, but the teacher entered the class.
"How about we hang out at lunch time?" Namjoon asked. "Cool." Jin said smiling. 'Cute' the other thought.
After the first period finished, both boys headed to the canteen. There Namjoon's friends were waiting for them. His group of friends consisted of 4 boys. First of all, Kim Taehyung and Jeon Hoseok, the ones who attended the party. The other two were Min Yoongi and Park Jimin. Why didn't they go to the party? Well, it was their last free day the couple were probably on a date. That, or Jimin couldn't get Yoongi out of bed.
Taehyung spotted the other boys and waved at them. "Look guys, that's the new boy I was talking about." He said while they took there seats. "Jin, right?" Hoseok asked. The boy just nodded. They introduced each other, and Namjoon thought that Jin's eyes sparkled a bit when they Jimin told him he was dating Yoongi.
When lunch break was over, Jin fitted perfectly on the group. He had a lot of fun with. But it was time to go to class again. Yey. Well, at least he had someone to talk to if he got to bored. But then again, next class was history. Double sarcastic yey.
Jin and Namjoon sat together for that class to. Only ten minutes had passed and all that Jin wanted to do was jump out the window. Who thinks it's a good idea to start with the boring topics on the first day of school? Suddenly, he felt a paper touch his hand. It was a note. Without making any noises, he opened and read the paper:
I'm bored, you're bored. Wanna talk?
Namjoon~Jin looked to his left to find his seat mate smiling while looking at him from the corner of the eye. 'This guy.' He thought writing his answer on paper.
Love to, but this first lesson's already though :(
Jin~Soon after, he got his response.
Don't worry, I read the unit yesterday, I can explain you later. Now I'll show you a game. Try counting how many times Mr. Boring teacher says 'is it clear' You'll see, it keeps your head on place.
Namjoon~Jin just looked to the side. This time Namjoon was completely facing him, a smile still on his lips. 'Those are some cute dimples, to be honest.' Jin said to himself. He whispered a soft 'fine', telling the other boy he would play his game.
"Told you it will be fun." Namjoon said while changing classes. "How can one person repeat the same phrase so many times in fifteen minutes?" Jin questioned, laughing after. Namjoon thought his laugh was cute. 'Okay, enough of this. Brain, are you really falling for this dork?' He asked himself. "Come on, we'll be late to class." The others said grabbing his arm. The blond felt a weird feeling inside of him, and answered his own previous question. 'Of course you are. I'm really too predictable.'
