A week has past since Killian found out that he was going to be a dad and he was excited. Emma, on the other hand, was not. She was tired and ready to get the baby out so she could gat back to work. Her normal work. She couldn't properly do her job because Hook was checking in on her every five seconds. And the more pregnant Emma got, the more irritating Hook became.

"Good morning, love," Hook greeted as he put his arms around Emma's waist. Emma rolled her eyes and tried to unlatch Hook's arms, but failed.

"Hook, get off. Unless you want me to blast you," Emma warned. Hook let go and gave her a weird look.

"What's wrong?" Killian asked. Emma waved him off and slipped on black leggings and a white wife beater. Hook sat on their bed and watched Emma grab her socks and head to the bathroom.

"Nothing," Emma bit. Hook's eyes widen and he decided it best to leave her alone. He walked out of the room and knocked on Henry's door.

"Come on, lad. Time to get up," Killian called. He heard shuffling around the room and walked to the kitchen to start breakfast.

Emma walked down the stairs in her red leather jacket and flipped her hair out of her jacket. "Eat up," Hook said, as he slid a plate of pancakes and bacon to an empty seat, where Emma normally sat. She looked at the plate and grimaced.

"No thanks. I'm ready to get this appointment over with," Emma snapped. Hook bit his lip and slid the plate back to himself. Emma slipped on her tall, black boots and stood up straight with her hands on her hips. "Anytime please, I have stuff to do," Emma rushed, while Killian cleaned up as fast as he could without getting hurt.

"No, you don't. You don't have anything to do other than sit around and listen to non-emergencies all day. So excuse me for wanting to take my time seeing my first child. Some of us haven't done this already and would love to enjoy it," Killian softly spoke. He said it at just the right tone to wonder if he was mad or just being insightful. Either way, Emma was not amused and rolled her eyes.

"Whatever," Emma whispered, sitting on the couch impatiently. Hook scoffed and shook his head as he finished loading the dishwasher. He grabbed his signature black jacket and the car keys.

"Well, let's go," He pretended to rush. Emma flashed her husband a fake smile and snatched the keys off of his hook. "I love you, too," He smirked. Emma rolled her eyes and led the couple to the car.

Emma laid on the table as the doctor did an ultrasound. Killian's eyes were glued to the screen, while Emma couldn't look away fast enough. She did not care about the fetus growing her, because it didn't feel real. Of course she couldn't tell that to Killian, though. He was too wrapped up in his own emotions to see that Emma was not happy happy joy joy about this kid. She didn't even really wanted and if she was honest, she would have gotten an abortion if she wasn't married to the father. It's a terrible thought, but she couldn't help it. Even though she as already pregnant when she said it, she meant every word in the kitchen. "Swan," Killian called, seeing Emma's apathy. Emma turned to look at the screen and plastered another fake smile.

"Yay," Emma sarcastically replied. Dr. Chase saw Emma's disinterest and sighed. He had seen this so many times in other patients, but never expected it from Emma. Maybe it was because she was so excited to get Henry back when he was little. Maybe it was because he was always ready to see the good in each situation.
